Alunia Incognito Suites - Adults Only

Excellent ** very helpful staff, lovely sunsets and views. Breakfast served in room every morning was ideal. Private pool was perfect. Good location only 10 min walk to some very good restaurants. Would recommend to hire a vehicle to explore the rest of the island. We would definitely return.

We had a fantastic, quiet and relaxing time. The room was beautiful and clean as was the pool area. The room was cleaned on a daily basis as was the pool services daily. Staff was incredibly polite and hostess' are the best we've seen in Greece yet. Thank you Maria and Anna for all your help during our stay, for the impeccable recommendations as well as taking the time to have these booked for us.

Don't you dare approach the ALUNIA Incognito Suites hotel. At first the room looked nice and cozy but it's all for appearances. The first day we arrived at the hotel there was a terrible smell of sewage coming out of the sink, a nauseating and unbearable smell. We tried to talk to the reception and each time we were given answers that didn't solve anything like: "Open a window", we decided to try to focus on the good and go out for a bit but when we returned to the hotel the smell got worse. In addition, we discovered that ants were coming out of the wall in the bathroom. Another problem that came up is that suddenly hot water stopped coming out in the shower. In this case too they said it would be resolved within fifteen minutes and of course nothing was resolved, when we asked again they said another half hour, finally our day only started at 3pm! In this case, the representative answered us, "Now it's summer, take a quick shower with cold water." We felt that there was no desire to really help us and a sense of disdain from the clerk who claims to be the manager of the place! This thing created a lot of stress and hard feelings during the trip and I don't want anyone else to experience that! The rooms here are relatively expensive and the heartache is great, So listen to me and find yourself another hotel and don't you dare go near this one.

It is nice, just overly expensive in my opinion Smart, fresh & new looking suites. We were made welcome on arrival and the reception was very pleasant. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi never worked, although I hadn’t mentioned it initially, after the staff being made aware there was no obvious effort to resolve this. The swimming pool was full of floating bugs on arrival and the bottom of the pool was scattered with debris during our entire stay. Breakfast was simple but mostly adequate. As it’s the first time in Santorini it’s had to say about value, but it was expensive for what it is generally speaking travelling extensively. For a once a year holiday it may not seem so overpriced. The last evening there was a power outage, it was early and as we were outside it wasn’t on obvious. I went to say the outside electric lights were on, but inside there was no power. That’s when I was advised there had been a power outage. There was some to/fro with maintenance bur left in a room from 8:30pm onwards with no electric, meanwhile there power was on in other suites, couldn’t see to shower or get ready to go out, total darkness apart from phone lights, no word from the staff with suggestions or assistance, just maintenance in and out baffled why no electric for us. No idea when the electric come back on as was so late we were asleep. Wasn’t on before midnight. I’d have expected something from the accommodation to acknowledge whilst not their fault for the initial outage, we were the only room left in darkness.
