This hotel is absolutely lovely. It’s small and personal and the staff literally cannot do enough to help you and are amazingly friendly. We had two connecting rooms, both large and comfortable and with enough suite bathrooms and a great little terrace, perfect for evening drinks chilled in our fridge. The breakfast is delicious, with options including a gorgeous fruit salad, yoghurt, honey, nuts, cereals and various cooked options. I resisted the cakes (I’m not sure how!). The pool is beautiful and has lovely sun loungers and there’s a bar available which is very reasonably priced.

This place truly is amazing. Sitting on the balcony of a sea view suite, feeling the ocean breeze as you relax. Nothing short of perfection. The family run hotel will go out of their way to make you feel welcome, always speaking and seeing if you need anything. Don't let the basic reviews about the breakfast fool you, it is a FULL hot breakfast with everything you could ask for. The planes do fly overhead, but that covers all of Kamari and they stop flying by 10. Kinda fun to watch them fly over. Thank you, Will and Evie and Barbara. We will definitely return.

What a great find! This hotel does it right. Very well organized from the airport pickup to checkout. Family owned and operated, pride in their business is obvious. The pool/bar area is beautiful and a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast. Food offerings include both hot and cold options, including locally made yogurt and cheese. Someone was always available to answer our questions, and helped us with dining recommendations, car rental and tour booking. The bar staff is friendly and knowledgeable about local beer and wine. I am happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

I return to the Boathouse every year and thoroughly enjoyed my week here in May / June. I stayed in a sea view first floor room which was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a lovely balcony with a great view. Breakfast has gone back to being a serve yourself buffet after Covid years and it is delicious with more choices than previously. The pool is a lovely relaxing place to spend the day and Blue Moon bar serves lovely wines, a range of beers including local Donkey ones and amazing cocktails. Diane, Spyros, Will, Iosif and Tina are available to give great advice about the island.

Beautiful property right across from the beach, the owners & staff were all lovely and very helpful, great choice for breakfast, would def stay again.

The staff are amazing very very welcoming and friendly.
The rooms are lovely, comfortable, loved the bathrooms.
The rooms at the back are dark, no tvs not that it bothered me just never had that before. The airplane noise is excessive and intruding but that is the only negative.
Beach is right in front and so many wonderful restaurants

Just came back from our holiday in Santorini. We stayed at the Boathouse Hotel in Kamari. Brilliant small hotel with all the traditional Greek touches. We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. The hotel is family run and as such we got to know everyone during our stay. The food at breakfast has all the right things to choose from and was first class. The room (the honeymoon suite) in our case was kept impeccably clean and was really comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the beach with a private pool, just a short walk from all that Kamari has to offer. Thanks again to Diana, Spiros and all the family for looking after us. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable loved the modern bathroom. The breakfast was great too. The owner drove us to the airport to collect a hire car which was very kind indeed. You literally walk out and your on the beach. Beautiful mountain views. The one negative I have is the intense late night plane noise and early mornings as well but during the day it's not an issue. Thanks again

Our stay was amazing. The staff was there for everything. Very nice and gave us a nice family feeling. Went far and beyond to make sure we are happy. The room (simple room) was great with a very big bed and terrific shower. Big variety for breakfast and great bar (and bartenders!)
