Ananda Suites

Positives Comfy bed, great location with ease to get around the area. The manager of complex met us off the bus, which was fantastic or we would not have found the place as the suites and access routes to them vary per room. View - outstanding Outdoor seating just the ticket for a relaxing morning / afternoon Constructive feedback / improvements; The room in which we had was overlooking a crumbling building with over grown grass, not the best outlook, but look up and the sea view helps The suite boosts a spa pool - it's essentially a deep bath - don't be fooled by the very heavily crafted pictures though the view again is worth it Santorini is classed as the heaven for those into voyerism - there is NO privacy on any of the balcony / spa bath / sun bathing spots - so be warned We had a room with a very old fashioned lock, and my when daughter - 2 YO locked us out of the room, there was no way back in without coaching her how to climb a 2 ft window sill and beg / show her how to open a window so we could get back in - the locksmith could not help - the worst 2 hours of my life. The Manager was very caring and immediately changed the locks and we were very thankful there was no gas / hot water areas within Reach for our daughter to get injured. The Kids bed was locked however by the door - seperate to the main bedroom, would be good to have roll away bed located closer to the main bedroom area for safety. All in all, lovely location, some updates needed, beware of 'the toms' as there will be no peeping !!
