Terrible atención, hice una reserva con una semana de anticipación, cuando me entregan la habitación me dicen que viene sin cama, que solo hay una superficie redonda acolchada donde podía dormir, además de eso no entregan ningún tipo de solución, solo dicen "Esta habitación es más cara que la que usted pago" como si eso solucionara el problema. Nos entregan un "código numérico" para ingresar a la habitación que nunca funcionó, cada ves que necesitaba entrar debía llamar al "conserje". En términos generales ninguna habitación tiene televisión, Pésima experiencia, no volvería por ningún motivo.
