Hotel que no cuenta con desayuno “propio”, no cuenta con estacionamiento y es muy caro, para los servicios que ofrece.

It was our first time in Santiago, and we enjoyed the convenience of this location, the hotel had excellent service, and it is next to great dinning and shopping options.

Great place to stay close to all the nice areas in Santaigo

There was an extremely noisy aerobics class that started from 6-9 AM everyday. I was in the third floor and still it was like been next to the gym. I reported it, they acknowledged it, but couldn’t do much. What a pity!

It is a great hotel in a very good location. Areas for improvement (very easy implementation): 1) a king bed requires a night table on both sides. For a reason I can’t understand, only the left side had one. There is plenty of room for that. 2) please put 2 garbage cans in the bedroom. There was only one in the WC. Upon request we got a second one. The hotel looks quite new, and it is really welcoming.

We needed to suplicate for an upgrade. Only 1 of the 2 rooms were upgraded and they had online availability

Very nice hotel, located in a shopping center. Te beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. The only issue is that the hotel does not have a restaurant and uses one located in the shopping center

Too dark. No light in changing room. Why call it a mini bar when all it has is coke, water and Red Bull? Staff were brilliant though.

Very convenient location and very nice staff but the room service was not working as advertised on *******.
