This hotel is a very very dirty. there was mold on the sheets, pillıw and bed. The food is very bad. Please If you will visit the hotel, look in the kitchen. The worker is careless. If you want clean sheets or pillow, The recepcion worker will say that we dont have clean sheets or pillow. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life.

Una gran experiencia haber estado en este Hotel , la verdad agradecida con todo el personal, pues fueron muy serviciales y capaces, un servicio de primera categoría, precios económicos, un buen trato, música agradable , muy buena animación y ambientación.

Les recomiendo mucho esta instalación, los servicios son muy buenos , precios económicos, una buena animación y por supuesto amabilidad por parte del personal. También rápidez en brindar los servicios, una cocteleria de primera, estaban muy buenos.

Estuvimos en la cafetería para almorzar y el servicio fue excelente , la atención de los camareros fue impecable, la comida deliciosa y un precio excelente. Lo recomiendo 100 por ciento. Angelo fue el encargado de recibirnos y atendernos y su profesionalismo fue impecable

Estuvimos en este hotel de pasada para tomar algo con mi familia y el servicio de coctelería excelente, los tragos muy bien preparados y el precio muy económico, el servicio del bartender fue genial y todo le quedó muy rico , todo fue excelente por parte de todos

Agradable confort ,empleados suficientes en el trabajo que realizan , amabilidad exquisita y refinada , por lo que me encantaria repetir la visita, un servicio gastronómico ejemplear , muy buena calidad en los platos a desgustar y por supuesto una buena animacion. Las bebidas muy agradable para mi estilo con precios muy asequibles.

Me gustó mucho la instalación, tienen un servicio de primera calidad , los trabajadores son serviciales, también cuentan con una buena animación, no solo el Hotel Versalles me gustó , también el Hotel Punta Gorda, el servicio de la cafetería es muy bueno.
