Totally impressed by the kindness and the the professionalism of the staff at this beautiful hotel. Emilio at the front desk is such a wonderful human being and tried to help me with everything I needed, museums, restaurants and much more. I highly recommend this hotel

It is our second visit and in general we can say that it has improved a lot. The food is super good, very complete and the breakfasts on the terrace are an excellent option...without a doubt this is the most complete accommodation you can visit in the city.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Daina, the attentive receptionist, went above and beyond, even noting my birthday, which the staff celebrated. We met the warmhearted manager, Christian from Costa Rica, who took photos and arranged a birthday cake. Alexei, the security man, was fantastic, offering restaurant recommendations and escorting us safely. The staff deserves 5 stars. However, the rooms needed maintenance; ours was dark with non-functional lamps, and the bathroom's low shower pressure needs improvement. Despite this, we had a comfortable stay and highly recommend Casa Granda for its location, live salsa music, and excellent staff.

I spent a great 3 days at Casa Granda, Santiago De Cuba. The hotel is right smack dab in the center of the action, with several great live music venues just blocks away. The view from the rooftop restaurant is spectacular. Complimentary breakfast was solid, with omelettes and fresh fruit juice. A special thank you to Emilio at reception for helping me with a slightly late checkout on my final day, even though the hotel was at capacity. Great value at this hotel.

It is always nice to return to the place, "where everybody is your friend". That's how I feel about Casa Granda. This traditional hotel has comfortable rooms, cafeteria/bar on the terrace overlooking busy city plaza and a roof-garden bar. But above all this hotel has great staff of all levels that aim at accommodating the guests. Despite many deficiencies in the country they manage to secure a menu of several quite tasty dishes at reasonable prices. Greetings to all.

The server Eylen was amazing, always smiling and very profesional. The room had a disgusting smelling, the bathroom needs to be updated, and needs a deep cleaning. Food as everywhere, nothing special, no variety. Breakfast very poor. The Location is wonderful.
