El Montserrat - Hotel Boutique

I rented for 2 nights and the second I slept in the airport parking lot because they made me feel as though I was trespassing. I was told the 1st night $14/night for my guess which I paid and told the lady only one night my friend will stay. The 2nd my friend dropped by to chat a bit. On enter a lady was watching my door. I later asked her a question and the attitude was unbelievable. My friend and I ate chat and then went inside to wash up. About 9:30pm I was escorting my friend out, a man and a woman was watching my door. I have never felt like that before and I travel on a regular basis. I packed my things and went straight to the airport where I was more comfortable sleeping in the rent SUV. I would never recommend this place to my enemy. Spend a bit more for quality customer service

Unfortunately the hotel does not provide security nor parking At check in, I specifically asked about the safety of parking our cars at curb level in front of the hotel.. the receptionist assure me it was OK BUT IT WAS NOT.. this morning when we get to our car, both mirrors were stolen at night NOT SO SAFE AFTER ALL BE CAREFUL IF YOU STAY HERE

Gem!! Beautiful, clean, beautiful neighbourhood, close to everything! Recommend it completely! Finally somewhere clean and quiet in the DR!

The room was nice and clean. Overall satisfied with my stay. The address provided online didn’t take me directly to the place, I had to call the host and she guided me.
