Realmente la estancia ha sido muy buena habitación y limpieza bien. La única nota negativa el bar, es muy caro y la calidad es muy baja, creo que con el producto que tienen, es fácil hacerlo mejor.

老式別墅，很整齊，衞生也不錯，房間很大，超出預期。

What a great hotel and location. Sardinero is the best area of Santander with beautiful beaches, local bars and restaurants. You can wander into Santander along the lovely promenade and catch the bus back. Miles of cycle lanes and electric bikes can be hired at the reception. Our room was a good size with modern shower room and had large balcony which had sun most of the day. Recommend booking the restaurant which has amazing quality set 3 course menu including wine and coffee for €26! (As well as a La carte). Staff are extremely helpful. We booked via Brittany Ferries and their deal included a very good breakfast (and a discount on the ferry fare). Parking in the underground car park is expensive but we found plenty of spaces in the surrounding streets at the time of our visit.

This hotel is wonderful and is conveniently situated a short walk from the beautiful Sardinero beaches, restaurants and bars. The reception and bar/restaurant staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful, they spoke English very well. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable with great views of the sea and the housekeeping service was second to none. The breakfast buffet is delicious, fresh and ample with something to suit all tastes and the evening meals are very varied with excellent service, although we only chose to eat here once due to the many other options to try in Santander/Sardinero! This is our second stay at this hotel and I’ve no doubt it won’t be our last!

Excellent, quiet hotel just off the seafront - beautiful public areas, spotlessly clean - very professional staff - secure underground garage parking - bedrooms extremely comfortable and well equipped - this is a very nice hotel indeed !

We are just checking out of this fantastic hotel! We’ve been here for 3 nights and have had a great time! From arriving the reception staff were so helpful and friendly bar staff lovely! The hotel is spotless and the room was amazing with a lovely sea view! It’s in a great spot close to everything Would defo stay at this hotel again.

We were impressed with this hotel on arrival, nice common areas, parking onsite (albeit a tad expensive), good location/setting, easy checkin, clean room. But two very important things this hotel needs to get right… (1) The dinner service. They had one (very hard working) waiter doing everything, the result was a v long way even for a menu. We couldn’t blame him as he was doing his best but just couldn’t keep up. To add, the restaurant is outside in a temporary building which may be lovely in the summer but was not quite so glamorous in the rain. We were amazed the waiter had to keep going in and out (in the rain) to get drinks and food, utter madness…. Especially when there are large areas inside the main hotel not being used. We felt really sorry for this guy and as a result didn’t order starters, more drinks or desserts as it was just too painful to watch. (2) The hot water. We had none, just not good enough. We wouldn’t stay here again for the above two reasons, limited time and travelling require decent service and hot water as standard.

Conveniently located both for the beaches, and for the return ferry home. We had a lovely big balcony, although some of the rooms seem to have tiny little balconies, so I guess we were lucky. The room was quite small though. I thought the breakfast was just OK - not terrible, but certainly not the best we had on our holiday. What I didn't like however was the excessive cost of on site parking - €20 a night was more than any other place, including tourist destinations like Cadiz. Bit of a rip-off

We visited Santander on a golfing break and was booked in to other accommodation which was not satisfactory- we found this hotel and luckily they had 2 rooms - the receptionist Christian couldn’t be more helpful. Had a lovely room with large balcony and sea view! Prices reasonable/ food great would highly recommend x

We had a great stay. Hotel room had a big balcony with great sea views. Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. The location, close to the sea front, was perfect for us. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. the hotel gardens were also great for a drink or snack.

Nice ride through the country north east loop, to Santander, avoiding the motorway. Easy to find the Hotel near the beach, though you have to take a second right to come back to the hotel. Parked outside the hotel, no problem. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. It is a modern Hotel and the room was good. Excellent access to the beach, bars and supermacado. Far better than average breakfast, with a very nice member of waiting staff. Very good.

Gran Hotel Victoria is very clean in all areas, the rooms are cleaned and made up every day to a very high standard. Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff throughout. Attractive, well-maintained gardens and terraces with plenty of seating areas. Nice rooms with large comfortable beds but could do with some drawer storage, our room (305) had a very stiff balcony door and leaking bathroom tap which I reported on leaving so this should be rectified. Air con works well but it turns off immediately by some kind of trigger if you open the balcony door and needs to be turned back on again when you close it. There is a massive difference between balcony sizes, they alternate from large to very small around the hotel and it is potluck which one you get, if you would prefer a large balcony you should email in advance, they are very accommodating. The rooms are quite small but having good weather and utilising the large balcony extended the size. We were lucky with the weather during our 7 day stay in the second week of September and had a lot of sunshine, although it was very humid too. This area does get plenty of rain but it only came on two evenings for us and the balconies are well protected from it. The hotel reception staff speak excellent English but not many of the bar/restaurant staff do so Google Translate is a useful app to have. The Wi-Fi is very good and reconnects automatically. Breakfast was more than adequate but rather expensive at 15 Euros per person. Evening meal was delicious on the two occasions we ate there but seemed rather rushed, good value though at 26 Euro per person for three courses plus bread, water, bottle of wine between two and coffee. Be aware that three course meals in this area seem to have a larger starter than main course. We booked direct to get the late check out time of 2pm as our taxi was collecting us at 3 but were told we had to check out at midday which was rather disappointing. Plenty to see and do in the Sardinero area and there are some beautiful, well-maintained beaches, all five that we visited had great facilities, including, showers, drinking water, no dogs and a lifeguard. The walk to Playa de Matalenas beach is well worth it for the stunning views on the way and the beautiful, secluded beach, watch out for the little pink jellyfish though! Spectacular views and interesting attractions on the walk around the Magdalena Peninsula to the Palace which then drops down to another lovely beach - Playa de los Bikinis. Bars and restaurants in the area don't serve meals between 5 and 8:30 but some will serve snacks. Santander centre is worth a visit for the harbour and café bars (a bit more reasonably priced than Sardinero), it is walkable but the bus service is frequent and efficient, 1.30 euros to wherever you go. If you want to go further afield the train service is also very reasonably priced and efficient and the main train station is just over the road from the Santander bus statio
