We have just stayed there 3 days. The hotel itself is a great resort hotel, with a nice pool area and seaview. The only problem is the breakfast; organization and attitude of the staff. The food quality, variety and the buffet is great, so it doesn't consider the kitchen, but the service staff. First if all as a HH gold member I have been travelling a lot in Hilton hotels, but haven't seen any full service hotel, where the guests won't be greeted and seated at breakfast. Sometimes even focus service hotels are doing it to value their guests. That would be a great opportunity to ask their room number, make some smalltalk or explain the buffet and ordering for the first stayers. In this hotel the most the staff did, that once they asked our room number at the entrance. There are 2 girls in the service team who where really kind and did a great job. As the coffee machines weren't working on the first day, I have asked for a cappuccino and they delivered a great cappuccino. On the second day, for the same request for a cappuccino the service guy just replied with an attitude: "outside". Sorry what? "Get your coffee outside". I wasn't the only guest who did get such an answer. In a full service hotel actually I should not even be asking for a coffee, after getting seated, it should be delivered. On the top of all of that, the staff was also poorly organised, have been running around but not been efficient and mostly not kind to the guests. Are you doing stuffs like seating and table service only if the auditor comes? So for the hotel itself I would have given 5*, but the overall breakfast experience only 3*, service 1*, kitchen 5*, rezeption 5*, housekeeping 5*, pool 5*, gym 3* (pretty basic equipment, located in the basement).
