Tardamos más de una hora para hacer el check in, el comedor un poco lioso no es fácil encontrar una cucharilla, colas tremendas para sacar café, no costaría mucho poner otra maquina, los baños son con bañera, necesita un poco de arreglo, considero que no puede ser un 4 estrellas, con un 3 estaría más acorde

A little disappointing. The hotel entrance gives a good impression, but the rest of the hotel fails to live up to the same standard. It wasn't awful, just dated and needing a little TLC. The majority of the staff were nice, though a few made you feel like you were bothering them. The spa was nice, but there was considerable mould above the jacuzzi. The ceiling windows were also filthy. The women who provide the spa trea**ents were lovely! The food was ok. Nothing amazing. The breakfast can be a disaster - they had fried eggs behind the live cooking station, which meant a huge queue formed where people were waiting for something that should have been self-serve, and just keep the omelettes as the live cooking area. It just seemed poorly thought out. The all inclusive drinks were unclear at dinner time - they were behind a roped area, and it wasn't clear what was permitted with dinner. The snack was is literally just for leftovers throughout the day. The drinks options for all inclusive are very limited! The entertainment was seriously lacking. Overall, I was left feeling like this was more of a 2 or 3 star hotel. I am confused as to how it is a 4 star. It is perfectly fine as a base, it is close to the beach, but thats all. It doesnt have a sense of luxury at all.

We're not usually type of people to go for a hotel with food included, favouring smaller self catering places and though it was undoubtedly busy, we had a lovely stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is so close to the beach! The spa looked very nice and was reasonably priced though we didn't visit. (You can see it through the bar window). There was entertainment I think every night but it wasn't open too late to disturb the guests and it was a decent standard, with a lovely garden terraceif you didn't want to be in the thick of it but not miss out either. We're both vegan and this is where things got a little tricky. Although there was soya milk and dairy free yoghurts on occassion, the options for food weren't the most extensive and a few times we accidentally ate non vegan stuff because the labelling was wrong, realising afterwards. Please be better with making sure the allergen labelling is in the right place! Accidentally eating egg made my partner quite ill. Also, the menu for the snack bar on the wall has two vegan options, but we were told they were only running a smaller menu and there was nothing vegan on it. There was, however, plenty of fresh fruit for breakfast, cereal and plant milk, bread rolls and salad, and for those who like cooked breakfast, mushrooms, tomatoes and potatoes which was great for us. It was really just dinner where the options were so limited. All in all, we had a great stay.Thank you for having us.

This hotel is incredibly clean, great facilities, spa, gym, indoor pool. I stayed bed and breakfast and the food choices were amazing, so much choice and enough to fulfil most appetites. Close to the beach, main ***** and entertainment every night within the hotel. Would recommend this hotel for families, couples, friends. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. If you are not all inclusive I would highly recommend restaurants Lua and Kings, great food and the quality is fantastic. Stay away from disco royal, the food there was awful.

This is a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean with good food and friendly staff, particularly good service from Sebastian, Jonny, and housekeeping. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis , the food was good, always something you could eat and the drinks were fine. They are the pro's, the cons: I wish we had been warned previously about the Poker Series before we had arrived. The hotel was completely overrun with rude, French, poker players who had no consideration for anyone else. One in particular woke everyone up at 4.45am. one morning by playing music at full blast and refusing to turn it down. To be fair, the hotel staff dealt with it , but not until after 11 30 that day. The group occupied most of the hotel and received attentive service in the dining room, where as soon as they sat down were offered wine and drinks at the table, all inclusive guests were rarely asked. We enjoyed our stay but not enough to make a return visit or indeed to recommend to friends.

Hotel lovely and clean, we booked bed and breakfast, breakfast was well stocked with lovely food. Snack bar available but not much choice and wasn't very nice. Room was like a premier Inn room and was cleaned daily not very big but did the job for 5 nights. There was a TV English channels were poor, fridge, air con was poor not cold it actually heated the room. So we had to sleep with the door open which proved to be noisy. Free WiFi throughout, we had a poor view overlooking the indoor pool which was in the shade all day and quite chilly so we didn't get to use it. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Indoor pool, spa, and gym had to be paid for seperatly 15euros per person for 2 hours and had to booked in advance. Outdoor pool was freezing cold, so much so we didn't use it. All in all the hotel it's self was lovely, clean, and staff were very friendly.

No evidence whatsoever of this being a four star hotel, it is at best 2, but considering they flat-out refused a request to give tap water to children because, and I quote commercial manager, Josep Juli, “this is a business, we’re here to make money”; 1 stars is more appropriate. There were one or two other disappoin**ents, but nothing that couldn’t be ignored compared to this. Yes, not all staff were great, but many were outstanding, just doing their jobs in sometimes difficult circumstances. This place is bad, and some of them know it. Genuinely my worst experience in a hotel, anywhere

Just come back from here and not the best hotel or the worst it’s average! Here’s a few things about our holiday! Firstly checking in, we arrived at 11pm with young children no drinks available or even a snack! We were all inclusive and couldn’t even get water for the children (rude receptionist just kept saying all closed)all local shops closed but were told a pizza place open so they wanted us to walk at 11pm with a baby for pizza! Receptionist staff RUDE and unhelpful if you are English! You have to pay 10 euros per person when you arrive if you are all inclusive for what we don’t know! There was some sort of sports tournament so about 200 teenagers who were very noisy at night time. Food was nice and a variety, restaurant staff all moody again only if your English! Bar staff in main bar were all amazing very friendly and happy!!! Nothing for the kids to do the pool was FREEZING and have to pay to use the indoor one! No entertainment at all so abit boring. We had clean towels everyday but had to ask after day 5 to change our bed sheets, over all room was cleanish but there was a tissue and popcorn on the floor when we arrived and was still there after day 7! Overall we had a good holiday it was basic and not much at all for kids. Not sure if I would return or not to this hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. There is a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner, and reasonable prices at the bar. BUT that shouldn't be normal to have teenagers screaming on the balcony and in the hallway, and slamming doors at midnight. We had some sleep between 1-6am after long day trips. It's a shame as we were satisfied with the hotel and would go back again without this circus 🎪
