Worst hotel I went in my life. We were there for a football tournament for my 11 year old son. The hotel has no soundproofing and on top of our room there were football teenagers making parties drinking with loud music yelling and making animal sounds and moving furniture all nights. We did not sleep during all our stay. We informed reception whose reply was they are kids. Worst experience ever. Management was not available during check out and we sent email after our return for which we still did not get a reply. Worst experience in all my life. One of the days we could not even shower since water was cold all day. I suggest you don't book in this hotel unless you want a similar horrible experience and an unhelpful hotel who is not responsive to such a terrible experience.

Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed my stay so much i'm booking this hotel for next year. Hotel and room clean, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent variety and quality of food on offer, honestly, no complaints whatsoever. Perfect location for train, buses, shops and beach. Any complaints i have are very minor. Kettle in room would have been handy, no english speaking channels on tv, room small but only used it for washing, changing and sleeping so wasn't that bothered. Handy tip, if train station is queued with people wanting to use ticket machine, nip across road to ticket office, beside tourist information office, and buy ticket there.

Horror! If you want to have a holiday don't come here. No entertainment, not friendly for kids, food cheap, blunt, no taste, no variety. Old fashioned rooms, air con is from 80' and not working just noise, unconformable beds, really basics rooms, not even a chair or bed side tables, You not getting any drinks at dinner just water and on kids glasses, no sunbeds in the beach, just a few at the swimming pools but not enough of course. Restaurant is horrible at ground floor with rude staff, no windows no view, just horrible, no labels on food on what you are having, old fruits and veg. It's worst hotel and services that I've been that last 2o year.

Food was very basic n bland and even worse if you are a vegetarian. Otherwise all OK. Polite friendly and accommodating staff Lovely views from nice balcony's . Air con OK.................. Nice surrounding facilities

Hotel in fantastic position right next to the beach . Short distance from the main ***** for a wander of an evening. Plenty of free car parking. Sea view rooms are great. Stayed here pre covid for motogp grand prix , booked again for beginning of September, can't wait 😀

My husband and I have just returned from a week at the Caprici. Hotel was fabulous and clean with amazing views. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even the cleaners were cheerful 😊. We stayed bed and breakfast whcih have never done before, but would highly recommend as there was a vast choice and a great start to the day. Easy access to train station to Barcelona. The only downfall and not a major thing is didn't realise how far a walk it was to the main ***** and with my husband just recovering from a knee operation I perhaps should have researched a bit more. However, will defiantly be returning.

Wonderful hotel, with a wonderful and plesent staff. I was amazed how all well is orginazed, food was excellent, room clean. Location is on the beach so it's perfect. Will back again for sure. I don't have anything negative to say. Free WI Fi and wonderful pool. Thank you Capricci for wonderful expiriance.

The hotel is perfectly located at the end line of Santa Susana facing the sea in a few steps distance. Abit isolated and not that crowded as the other part of the resort. Close neighbourhood of train station gives an easy opportunity for 1 hr ride to Barcelona and 20 mibs to Blanes.That is all for pros. When it comes to cons, there are numerous, unfortunately. Starting with food that is served for breakfast and late lunch in a variety but at the quality and taste level that is totally not acceptable. Avoid, dine in neighbouring great restaurants, we recommend also grilled food in Basa Nautica. Rooms (make sure you have side sea view not station view) are late 80's standard, worn, and I would put a 3 star under a doubt. Limited space to store your belongings. Despite the location on outskirts, you still get a lot of noise in the early morning, 4-6 am. Makes sure you keep your balcony closed. The management seems to be keen on savings, i.e., you may find your AC surprisingly switched off upon your return. The extension of a stay was also not done in a customer friendly manner

A good peacfull hotel.Very clean. Right on the beach with wonderfull views. Food is very good. Different entertainment every night. Rooms are a bit small. Bar is expensive. RIght next to Santa Sussana Railway station.
