Hotel has spa facilities and great food. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The facilities are great and not far from the beach front.

First of all I want to say what a wonderful hotel with amazing staff! Having disabled access in and around the hotel, makes a good place to stay for all abilities, includingcyclists, golfers and other sports enthusiasts. All the staff are superb and really seem to take pride in the work/role and hotel. The entire hotel, including the room was kept very clean. Our room was really good and had a lovely balcony which got the sun on for the majority of the day. There's an indoor pool was quite cool, lovely jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The roof top pool is really nice and is for 18+ years only. There was some great entertainment for all age ranges during the holiday. I need to mention some extremely special people who went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect. There are three fantastic managers there; Victor, Josè and Enrique. They do their jobs wonderfully and translated for me as I'm not very good at speaking Spanish. I really couldn't have got the necessary help without them. I really appreciated the time and support they gave me. The chefs were amazing! Tomas, Raul and Dani prepared and served my food specially due to serious food allergies. Every meal really was amazing and I can't thank them enough for looking after me so well. They are extremely talented chefs. The food that was available to everyone looked and tasted just as amazing too, apparently. Manuel is fantastic and makes people smile. He is friendly and brilliant at cooking flipped fried eggs that have soft yolks amongstotherthings. He taught me some Spanish too . I missed seeing him on the last 2 days. Then there are the lovely Petra and Nieves, who work in the restaurant. Always smiling and ready to help you in any way they can. There were many more amazing staff who I can't name but were just as hard working and kind. Sorry if I haven't mentioned you but a huge thank you to you all. Every day I saw both the director and sub-director walking around the hotel, who were also very friendly and professional in their roles. Last but not least was our wonderful Jet 2 rep Stephenie. What a brilliant lady you are. Stephenie has a wealth of knowledge about where to go and when to go. I definitely recommend anyone pop and see her as soon as possible to get any trips booked. I was sad that I missed saying goodbye to her. Make sure you check what days and times you can change your pool towels as we weren't allowed to change ours as it wasn't the right day. Some of the roof top sun beds had tears on which could do with sorting. The Block House restaurant (steak house) is a short walk away from the hotel and does fantastic steaks. Service is great but it's a bit expensive. If you go on the Soller island trip please be aware that food isn't included in the cost of the day trip. The trip to Valldemossa is a half-day trip. It's a bit expensive for the trip as it doesn't include the entry fees to go in the museum to see Choppins piano and accommodation/garden.

Just left here after a fabulous weeks stay. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left every single member of staff were fabulous, Nacho on reception was so friendly and helpful really made our stay enjoyable. Nico on the activity team was always enthusiastic and the 4pm volleyball was one of the highlights of our stays, he made all the guests feel welcome and really get involved. Food and drink was exceptional, the best all inclusive cocktails I’ve ever had and the location just tops it all off. Be sure to visit the outside all inclusive restaurant at lunch time the food was delicious, such an high standard better than some restaurants and the staff were brilliant, we ate here every single day, We will definitely be back soon !!

Having stayed in various hotels on my holidays this is my favourite. Quality of the hotel, staff, food and drink is excellent. The Iberico pork Tomahawks in the restaurant are not to be missed. Look forward to returning next year for another blissful relaxing holiday.

Just arrived home after a great stay at the Zafiro Hotel. Everything about the hotel was perfect for our first stay, all the staff were really friendly and welcoming, pool areas were lovely and clean, as was our room, food was excellent and a good variety of entertainment. Would definitely stay again 👌

Stayed for 10 days, all inclusive, in a preimum room. Everything about Rey Don Jaime was 5 star. From my room, the pool areas, restaurants and entertainment was perfect. I could not have asked for more. I have always believed the foundation on which the success of any hotel is built are it's people. On this front the Rey Don Jaime has remarkable people who are a real credit to themselves and the hotel. During my stay, I have personally had the pleasure to experience the professionalism, dedication to duty and courtesy of : Mateo, Maria Jose, Franciso Javier, Alum, Fran Garcia, Pilar Villacorta , Vickey , Miguel Angel, and Leilua.
