Stayed here 10 nights all inclusive. Apartment was nice, cleaners come very 2 days and replaces the towels and make the beds. Cleaning was a bit hit and miss. We were on a first floor apartment with a small balcony. Apartments have a small kitchen with a fridge, which is good to have. There was aircon on the bedroom which was handy on hot days. Pros: Good sized apartment and bed comfy. Bathroom etc… recently refurbished. Plenty of plug sockets in each room which was good. Cons: The English TV channels did not work, and you need to pay a deposit for the remote for the TV. Safe – very expensive 10 Euro deposit and 4 euro per day (I usually expect to pay about 2.50 or 3 euro a day elsewhere). There is no soap or such like provided, and in the kitchen no cleaning products etc… to wash any of the dishes if you use them. All Inclusive - Meals are at the Plazamar hotel which is across the road. The restaurant is outside but undercover and you need to go up steep steps and some are uneven. My wife injured herself on our second day and sprained her ankle badly and the staff in the restaurant were not interested when I asked for ice to put on it and no one came to help. Thankfully when we got back across the road the receptionist was slightly more helpful and got some ice from the bar to put on the ankle. The food is fairly good most days, with various meats like steak, chicken or chops, and various types of fish on the grill, and nice stews. Unfortunately I found on 3 or 4 days the food on the hot plate was not very hot, and by the time to sat down the meal was cold. Sometime the choice for children was a but lacking and it would be so easy to stick out a few burgers or nuggets which we only seen once or twice. There is microwave, but it is broken and does not work properly. There is soft drinks, wine, and beer on tap, and you can help yourself at meal times. BAR - When in the hotel the bar snacks are good, burger, chips, salads etc… however, the main issue is the service at the bar. Of all the All-inclusive I have done over the years, I have never had such bad service at a bar! Typically in the evening you would be 15 to 20 minute to get drink. There would be 2 staff of the bar, and one would serve (very slowly) and the other would wash dishes, and rearrange bottles, and do pointless things to avoid serving – this was 100% intentional. Often they would be on their phones etc… and stop serving despite 10 or 15 people standing in the Q. I don’t understand they don’t set up a self service drinks station like they have across in the restaurant to allow people to get soft drinks or beer. The quality of the AI spirits is awful and most were like drinking anti freeze. The bar closes at 11 pm. There is only one area for entertainment, and it is take it or leave it if you want to use the bar area. The entertainment was awful, the parrot show was on 3 times in the 10 days were there, and the various magic acts, were basically the same tricks etc… wit
