good location and nice price

Hotel is nice overall. Room is spacious. Got a nice pool. 5 min to nice beach. Not crowded nearby. Many restaurants around. But it costs €3.5 for a sunbathing chair even you are staying in the hotel.

酒店位置不錯，周圍商業成熟，吃喝方便，自己沒有停車場但附近路邊很多停車位，半小時4毛錢，晚8點到早9點半免費。定的海景房，景色不錯，遺憾就是樓層低了點，房間大，設施和衞生也都可以，有廚房，微波爐、餐具都有。整體來説很不錯，性價比高。 唯一不爽的就是問前台是否有機會換高樓層，答覆要第二天確認，第二天早上説要10點確認，這都可以理解，不理解的是我們人不在東西都帶走了，問可否有房就幫着換下，沒房也沒關係，結果答覆人必須在，最後放棄了。

Très bon accueil à l'hôtel, un personnel toujours souriant et attentif. Chambre propre, de grande surface, ne manquait qu'une cafetière et des prises et interrupteurs pour lampes de chevés en tête de lit pour être parfaite. Insonorisation moyenne. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux. Au mois d'avril, la piscine était un peu fraîche... Nous avons donc passé un très bon séjour dans cette île.

We stayed in June for 2 weeks and were allocated apartment 801 the apartment was small not anything like the pictures on Jet2 . We had the following issues Broken coffee table dangerous as could easily have cut leg .Tattered ripped net curtains stained smelly sofa cigarette burn on dinning chair ,broken fridge top self on door missing, No front on ice box therefore nothing remained frozen . Bathroom skirting board on door missing .Old marked furniture .Air-conditioning in Lounge not working properly bottom part of unit totally missing.no fan in bottom .Electric kept cutting out in the apartment 3 times in one evening while heating some food advised not to use any other appliances when turning on cooker by the maintenance who arrived .Arrived back from beach to find door open permanently on green light and would not lock.unable to walk round bed properly as room is so small . There is also a lack of wardrobe space luckily we were 2 people. We asked to be moved but had to spend 3 nights in this disgrace on an apartment . Staff at hotel nice and tried to sort each problem in my opinion decorating and new furniture is urgently required . As expressed in other reviews noisy many loud drunks screaming shouting blaring music and swearing round the pool not a relaxing atmosphere.Also no beds as towels appear from 7 in the morning and beds left all day not occupied no monitoring of above. Lovely location however having stayed at these apartments twice in the past I won’t stay again and can’t recommend which is a real disappointment as they were once very pleasant.

Great hotel, have been coming for years... but today when we checked in... we were very disappointed. The lifeguard is an absolute disgrace. He is so unprofessional. Swearing at the clients in Spanish. He is extremely rude. This is below the standard we are used to at the Verdemar

They charged us 45!euros. For a safe key , you got 10 euros back on return . Tourist tax 35 euros . We spent 80 euros before getting to our room . Lack of kitchen utensils. If you are going to stay get a sea view , which is beautiful, otherwise you will be looking at a wall . Staff friendly. Room service very good . A lovely shower . People were putting towels out on sun beds in the middle of the night . A little noisy at night with young people coming in at all times , would be better just being a family , couples hotel .

Currently staying for a week here. Staff are brilliant. Bar area is great, menu is tasty and reasonable too. Room is basic, clean and tidy. We have a room with a sea view which is amazing - I would suggest requesting a sea view otherwise you look out onto a big wall with street views. Breakfast would be gorgeous if it was hot - it's not, as it's buffet style and served under heat lamps, so it's lukewarm at best. Entertainment at night is ok, bar area doesn't be that busy as most folk go down town rather than stay in hotel. Sun loungers are 3.50 per day, which i personally have no issue with, however, I have met families who actually come from other hotels to reserve and pay for beds here, so beds are not always available for residents- I would think during peak times this would be a massive issue! Overall, a reasonable stay so far, not 5 star, but not a bad hotel for the price. Will certainly consider returning for location, staff and views.

Excellent hotel which I highly recommend anyone visiting Santa ponsa . Always get a sea view it’s worth every penny. Great staff lovely rooms amazing views . The food is amazing too .I don’t mind paying for a subbed and it’s so much cheaper than the beach £1950 now . Verdemeer is close to the beach close to great restaurants and the ***** . Can’t wait to return again in October

As Mallorcan hotels go, I guess this is about average. The reception staff are friendly enough and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is fine but a little uninspiring. The bar/cafe staff are nice enough, but there are some glaring issues that need tackling; • Paying €3.50 per day per sunbed as a resident is absolutely scandalous. • The non sea view rooms either look out onto a car park or a massive wall. I'm guessing you'd need to be on at least the 7th floor to get any privacy at all. • The rooms whilst cleaned daily are very badly arranged with very little hanging space and you have to sit sideways on the toilet to use it. • The pool area isn't in the slightest private. Depending on where you can squeeze on (Beach towel blocking of sunbeds is rife)it's very busy with lots of random members of the public walking very close to your sun bed. Not massively relaxing. Overall the hotel's best days are clearly behind it and a change of direction is needed. Would I go back? No.

scandalous paying for Sun loungers, spent over 70 euro on them , they said the hotel doesn't own the property, so why also pay 48 euro resort fees. That's for use of facilities!!! Wont be back purely because of that. Holidays cost enough. Staff just said "read the print" on website but all it is is a small asterix next to sunloungers doesn't clearly state!

Go to the Verdemar yearly but think this was the last. Reception, entertainment, bar staff all fantastic and cannot be faulted. The hotel now do stag and hen parties with rabble coming from every floor morning to night. Disappointed to see most of the usual maids have been replaced and it shows in the rooms. Be wary, there appears to be a resident of the apts carrying out ‘transactions’ from just outside the main reception, none to pleasant if you don’t engage with him
