Tons of noise from the hallways, room next door and room above. We had to call the front desk multiple times about the noise above us. Although the noise is out of the hotel’s control, the building is not sound proofed enough. I’ve stayed at multiple other hotels and this has never been a problem.

Parking. It’s 50 USD per night plus tax and no discount for hotel guests. No option for self parking either. Valet or valet.

The HVAC unit was extremely loud. Facilities are not the cleanest. Parking was easy, but it was not explained to me clearly the fee was per day and not per my stay. It was extremely costly. The area in the evening is very distraught with a lot of homeless people. It is a short 10 minute walk from the Santa Monica port entry. No complaints about the staff.

Great location, staff helpful, room good, breakfast is surprisingly good, especially the scrambled egg🙂 There are paper cups in the room which is fine but they are inside a plastic sleeve, this is really NOT necessary. Also the same with the plastic cutlery at breakfast, they really do NOT need to be in individual plastic sleeves, and there are many environmental options available these days instead of plastic. There was a disturbance at breakfast, I didn’t mind because the staff had a point but the disappointing part is that the Manager was NOT present to talk to and address the issue with the staff. A member of your Management should have been present.

During our stay there were protesters in the Hotel lobby and dining area. It was scary and I felt threatened and with the loud speakers it hurt my ears as I had a medical condition.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Quiet. What we didn’t like - no drinking water in the room - we would have had to buy it for $8! The other issue is the price of parking - $55/night! Ridiculous price - should have been included in cost as it really made the cost of staying more than we budgeted.

Staff wasn’t friendly as you would normally expect. The breakfast is not worth at all.

Better quality mattress

Rooms were very dirty. We could hear people walking in the rooms above us. Very close to train station and you can hear the train passing by all night

Great stay. Felt safe since you since you have to put your key card in order to get in the doors and for elevators to go to the floors. The balcony we had was big.
