Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi mà bạn mong đợi từ một khách sạn tầm cỡ này. Giường cực kỳ thoải mái và tôi đánh giá cao chất lượng khăn trải giường và nhiều loại gối có sẵn. Phòng tắm hiện đại với vòi sen mạnh và nhiều đồ vệ sinh cá nhân. Điểm trừ nhỏ duy nhất là tầm nhìn – tôi ở một phòng nhìn ra bãi đậu xe, nhưng điều đó không làm giảm sự thoải mái chung của kỳ nghỉ.

Khách sạn tương đối mới, cơ sở vật chất tốt và vị trí tốt, rất gần bãi biển và công viên giải trí, cách đó 10 - 20 phút đi bộ. Chúng tôi ở lại hai đêm và thấy người phục vụ thay ga trải giường vào ngày thứ hai. Tôi gọi điện tới quầy lễ tân xin nước, người phục vụ mang tới 6 chai nhỏ.

My stay at the Regent Santa Monica was truly exceptional. Despite only being there for one night, I felt like royalty from the moment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to provide a warm, friendly service, making me feel both valued and welcomed. The luxurious room and prime location were remarkable, but what truly stood out was the tranquility and joy I experienced throughout my stay. I eagerly look forward to returning to this beautiful and wonderful hotel

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel last week. Let me be the first to say that everything, from the valet who greeted us to Naomi checking us out, was met with pleasure and supreme execution. The rooms are very lavish but incredibly simple to operate. The location is, well, the beach. You are a staircase away from the sand and the pier. The staff is exemplary. Every request was taken care of at the highest level. Valet, bell desk, the fitness center. The amenities are so exemplary that I ordered a large quantity of shower gel to take home. A special shout-out to Brenda and Michael at Orla. They were magnificent hosts. Naomi and Lex at the front desk made the magic happen for our stay. We shall be back shortly, and can't wait to discover all the wonderful options the Regent offers.

From the minute you arrive the friendly staff are all over it, check in was painless, bags arrive at your room and are placed in holders or in the cupboard. The bell boy shows you the features of the room and where everything is and I’d suggest you listen as these rooms are packed with everything you can imagine. The rooms are bright, generous in size with a beautiful lounge and views from our room over the beach to the West This is a recently renovated ( opened October 24) hotel with gear to amenities and great staff,

Been here twice and was very impressed. Used to be the old Loews hotel which was dated and in dire need of a redo. The new owners spared no expense and the quality can be seen. From the coffee shop up front which is on par for coffee in the area, the staff greeting you on the way in (Fernando) and the wonderful restaurant staff. (Shannon and Kitty). The restaurants breakfast was similar to the coffee shop on par with other places in the area but felt that the quality of food and service is above many in the area along with an excellent view. I recommend sitting outside to enjoy! The dinner was great as well mostly got appetizers and a small main which was great. Prices are a bit above elevated but it’s on par for the restaurants on ocean and again you get quality service and food. For breakfast the breakfast platter is a good way to taste a few things and then for the dinner the bread service, a drink, appetizer and a main should be enough. Will be a regular here and would recommend it to others.

The hotel lobby looks very elegant and many restaurants are available .Everything is more classy than before and they now have a nice boutique and coffee shop !I love the ocean view in the lobby area and just sitting in the Lobby with friends !

We found out upon arrival that they would be closing and some services not available. Staff were disinterested which is understandable. Sad to see Not sure what the plan is with hotel so can imagine being back

Always wanted to stay at Loews, Santa Monica. Everything exceeded our expectations to the fullest. Friendly staff everywhere we looked!! Thank you Jaime in the restaurant to the parking garage attendants you guys were great!!!
