Ecohabs Bamboo Parque Tayrona - Dentro del Pnn Tayrona

What an amazing place to stay in Tayrona National Park. Nestled in the jungle, the property is set in beautiful, well cared for grounds. The cabins, with palm thatched roofs, are well appointed and at a good distance from each other, so the only things you hear are the birds. The team working here is exceptional: I mentioned that I hadn’t seen any monkeys on my daily hikes, which they remembered and came to find me when a family of howler monkeys arrived in trees nearby, so I wouldn’t miss out.

Perfect for your Tayrona NP visit! There was a some mess up with our reservation in the other ecohab lodge in the park - and people there were not helpful at all. We ended up at the Bamboo lodge and despite us not having a reservation, the staff was super nice and accommodating and even offered us a bigger cabin to a discounted price. So happy they did and we stayed. We had two wonderful nights in the jungle, the lodge doesn’t have a lot of amenities, but the setup is really cute, breakfast is plenty and the shower was all we needed after our lost city trek. And even better - you are already in the park and don’t have to stand in line in the morning. From the park entrance there is a bus directly to the lodge. Big thanks again for the help!!

Quiero manifestar mi indignación por el incumplimiento de la empresa. Me prometieron devolver el dinero porque me informaron que SI vendieron el alojamiento que reservé pero NO usé entre el 5 y el 8 de enero de 2025, sin embargo no lo están haciendo después de haberme dicho lo siguiente: 17-01-2025 Buenas tardes, señora Gabriela no es necesario que inice procesos legales porque las politicas de cancelacion son muy claras a la hora de reservar nosotros le cobramos dentro de los 30 dias legales antes de su llegada no hicimos nada ilicito y es claro que el que cancele dentro de los 30 dias no le hacemos devolucion, pero nosotros con todo el cariño le quisimos hacer la devolucion por eso hicimos esta opcion de que si se vendian las cabañas le hariamos la devolucion y asi va ser, solo que no es tan facil hay que hacer un proceso de toda la parte administrativa y contable para hacerle su devolucion no se preocupe que nosotros somos una empresa seria y de palabra 02-02-2025 Buenos días, señorita Gabriela el dinero se estará poniendo en wester el día de mañana pido disculpas por la demora en resolver su situacion Estuve en contacto via mail y por whatsapp con un representante. Espero fecha cierta y datos necesarios para retirar mi dinero debitado por uds de mi tarjeta de crédito, como acordamos a través de western unión. Espero cumplan con su palabra.
