Very friendly and accommodating place to stay close to Portofino and Santa Margherita. A special thanks to the tenants for the lovely parting gift ❤️. Staff is really taking care of your full wellbeing and pay attention to be as discrete as they may be. Definitely to recommend.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. Good location 20mins walk to Portofino and 45mins walk to Santa Margherita..... The views from this area are just magical. This is a family run hotel, small rooms but very clean and everything you need in a hotel room. Breakfast typically European, very fresh and served with a smile. It was an enjoyable stay and we were presented with a bottle of Limoncello by the owner...... lovely touch

This hotel has a magical little gem in its Paradise Room. The team are very welcoming and accomodating, All areas of the reception area and room were exceptionally clean and gave everything for a comfortable stay even though for one night only. Breakfast gave an excellent choice of continental meats, cheeses, bread, yoghurt, tea and coffees, no mean portions and all served at your table. The Paradise room had a superb 'large'balcony with sunbeds, hammock, table & chairs and a wonderful hottub/jacuzzi. When you mix this with a fantastic view you have an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Moving between coastal towns is made very simple by using the local transport, every 15 mins and at a very reasonable 3 euros. Thank you.

Small, dirty place. In the middle of nowhere between St Margherita Ligure and Portofino (need to take an overcrowded bus or taxi to get to either town). Breakfast was a joke (if you can call it a breakfast). Stay away - don't waste your money. AC barley working. The beach in front is 200 euro for 2 people. Dump.

This is an excellent little hotel and very good value in a place where everything else is extremely expensive. The rooms are bright and attractive, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is great - just a few steps from the beautiful Bay of Paraggi - and they serve a good breakfast for only 10 euros. I stayed in Paraggi thinking it would be cheaper than Portofino. Wrong. The restaurants are expensive (eg 18 euros for a glass of wine) and a sunbed in July costs a minimum 90 euros per day. Which all makes Hotel Argentina an exceptionally good deal.

This hotel is so old that rooms don't have any sound insulation. You hear neighbors in rooms above or at the same floor as your room. Plumbing is leaky. Breakfast is basic (cold, not even eggs). Sine the hotel is few feet away from the road, you hear constant noise from passing cars and bikes. very difficult to sleep. There is about 25 feet wide public beach accross the road packed with locals. On the same beach there is a fenced part with beach chairs and umbrellas for 190 Euros for two peaple. When I was booking, I was misinformed, otherwise I would never stay here.

Geweldig hotel op schitterende locatie. Zowel de prachtige baai van Portofino als het levendige Santa Margherita di Ligure zijn om de hoek. Allebei een half uur lopen of zo'n 10 minuten met de bus. Mooie kamer, goed bed en zeer gastvrije eigenaar en personeel. Goed verzorgd ontbijt, je kunt kiezen wat je wilt en het dan op het zonnige terras opeten.

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de Portofino (accessible à pied, par un sentier), et de Santa Margharita Ligure, que l'on peut rejoindre en bus (arrêt presque en face de l'hôtel). L'accueil est excellent, le personnel a toujours le sourire, et est toujours prêt à renseigner les clients. Les chambres sont agréables. Bien que pas très grandes, elles comportent tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et comporte des produits pour tous les goûts, salés ou sucrés, et des fruits de saison. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Le parking (payant, mais le prix est négocié pour les clients de l'hôtel), est précieux : quand nous sommes arrivés, la police bloquait la route vers Portofino, parce que les parkings y étaient saturés. Avec notre réservation et la garantie d'avoir un parking réservé, nous avons pu passer, sans problème. Nous n'avons sûrement pas regretté notre choix et gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Hôtel très mignon, chambre correcte pour le prix, très propre. Pas loin du centre ville en voiture. Cadre idilique, proximité d'une végétation luxuriante ainsi que celle de la mer pour de très très belles balades. Surtout le personnel de l'hôtel d'une gentillesse rare, personnes accueillantes, souriantes, ã l'écoute et très atrentionnées. Petit déjeuner très bien,panel de produits de qualité et variés. Absolument enchantés de notre séjour
