Private: property 6'500 m2, terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (5.30 m diameter, depth 100 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: roof terrace. 100 m long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 400 m, supermarket 20 km, sandy beach "Castiglioncello" 22 km, rocky beach "Castiglioncello" 22 km. Marina 20 km. 6-room house 220 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, dining nook, kitchen corner and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. Living room with hi-fi system. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, pizza oven) with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Shower/WC. We stayed at Le Fagiode for a week. We were very kindly welcomed by the owners. The house has a nice garden with beautiful views. The peace and quiet was lovely. The house is fully equipped and offers a good base to cities such as Pisa, Lucca and Livorno.

Very secluded. Cute little place nearby. Large supermarket rather further away. Very friendly landlord. house was nice. pool was great. Unfortunately, the bathrooms smelled very strongly. But the landlord tried very hard. WLAN rather bad than right. Dista
