Villa Riviera Resort

Place like a dream. We had an upgrade to the best room (Cinque Terre) and really loved our three days at Villa Riviera. Delicious food in both restaurants, peaceful room, incredible views and helpful staff created an experience we'll never forget.

From the moment of booking till checking out, everything was marvelous. The communication with all the staff was easy, everyone is super accommodating. The food is delicious and made even better by the stunning views. Our suite was newly renovated, perfectly integrating modern furniture and amenities within an historic building.

Exquisite hotel ! Everything about it is so charming Very hospitable staff, delicious food, breath taking views overlooking the sea. The staff is exceptional , they go above and beyond to make your stay an unforgettable one. Strongly recommended !

We choose this location for the views and privacy and were not disappointed. The grounds, pool and room views are amazing. The staff were very friendly and professional. Camilla at checkin was a pleasure and we had exceptional service from Greta at the restaurant. She made sure on her day off to have her colleague wish us goodbye which was so nice. Our room (Cinque Terre Suite) was beautiful with a private balcony view on the water. The staff made us feel very at home and even suggested moving our dinner reservations to be more intimate due to a larger (noisier) group when we booked - little touches that mean a lot. The only suggestions for improvement would be the food at Ristorante Aria was average. While the views were beautiful the chef seemed to be wanting to be “fancy” in presentation but the taste and options were average. Osteria Terra however had much better options and the food was delicious and better sized portions. Also having options for salad or some healthier choices would be nice. Other suggestion would be to ensure the hot tubs are hot. The water was cool and barely as warm as the pool so were unusable for us. While an outside spa is a nice idea the spa piece is basic. While not critical for our stay would be a suggestion for improvement. Overall loved our time there. Felt like valued guests and impeccable service. We will definitely return.

Sono stata in questa struttura a agosto 2024 per passare una giornata in piscina. Assolutamente non all’atezza delle aspettative, la piscina era sporca, acqua torbida ed all interno era strapieno di insetti (una specie di cimici) che nuotavano indisturbati in mezzo agli ospiti che facevano il bagno. Ho pagato 80€ per la giornata in piscina e non ho potuto fare il bagno mi sono dovuta accontentare della doccia esterna ogni tanto. Inoltre per gli ospiti esterni non c è neanche uno spogliatoio (degno di essere chiamato tale) con una doccia calda e un phon per asciugarsi i capelli. Se la pretesa è quella di 80€ per passare 6 ore in una piscina allora anche il servizio offerto deve essere tale. Mi dispiace ma assolutamente NON CI SIAMO. Sporcizia, piscina invasa da insetti e servizi ZERO. Non tornerò.

Uno dei posti più belli visitati in Italia. Servizio all’altezza delle alspettative e suite incredibile. Ristorante di qualità e sauna con vista incredibile. Consiglio questo posto a chiunque apprezzi la qualità e il design. La struttura nuova ci è piaciuta particolarmente.

Un petit séjour en couple récent nous a permis d'apprécier les magnifiques chambres , le cadre exceptionnel, un personnel attentionné ( grazie à Fabio) et 2 restaurants de qualité. Viva la Liguria avec Portofino et Sestri Levante juste à côté. Apparemment très prisé donc prendre le temps de réserver à l'avance.

Abbiamo trascorso un we indimenticabile presso Villa Riviera. La location è favolosa, magica e confortevole. Arrivi e subito ti accorgi della pace e della tranquillità di cui potrai godere. Vista mozzafiato che non riesci a smettere di ammirare. Servizi al top, personale sempre sorridente, gentile ed efficiente. Camera San Fruttuoso molto confortevole e con una vista mare meravigliosa, Piscina a sfioro incantevole e riscaldata, servizio dedicato attento e meticoloso. Servizio bar attento e molto veloce. Colazione davvero ottima con prodotti freschi e di estrema qualità, serviti direttamente al tavolo. Colazione dolce con tante proposte e possibilità di diverse scelte salate. Abbiamo cenato sia al ristorante Terra che presso il ristorante Aria e ci siamo trovati in entrambi davvero bene . Sia per quanto riguarda il personale sia per quanto riguarda le proposte culinarie curate peraltro dallo stesso chef. Il ristorante Ariq ha una vista meravigliosa un’ambientazione molto romantica e un servizio curatissimo. Ci siamo concessi anche un buon massaggio e lo abbiamo apprezzato molto perché le operatrici sono state veramente bravissime e professionali . La zona esterna con spa all’ aperto una vera chicca . La tranquillità che si respira in questo resort vale davvero il viaggio. Gli ospiti che abbiamo incrociato molto discreti ed educati e sicuramente il fatto che sia un resort Adults only fa la differenza in quanto a relax. Ci torneremo il prima possibile e ci sentiamo di consigliarlo.

Resort molto bello sulle colline di Lavagna. Piscina riscaldata all'aperto con vista mare e spa con una vista mozzafiato. Esperienza culinaria semplicemente divina, dalla cena di pesce di ottima qualità alla colazione con un buffet personalizzato e ricercato. La suite non ha deluso le nostre aspettative , curata ed elegante, unica pecca il materasso troppo morbido a cui non eravamo x nulla avvezzi. Abbiamo adorato la pace e la magia che si respirava in questa incantevole villa. Fatto curioso: abbiamo trovato un gatto in camera al nostro rientro, se avessimo avuto qualche allergia sarebbe stato un grosso problema!
