Check-in was OK but very functional! My room was located at the front of the hotel and there was a lot of traffic noise. Room was a good size but cold. No one was at reception when I checked out and so I just left my key card on the desk and left. Not a good experience but the hotel is very close to Granada airport.

If you have a car this is a great place when visiting Granada. Easy on and off the freeway to and from. Granada. The service is top notch, everything is clean and spacious. You can get a cheap and decent breakfast in the cafeteria.

We had a terrible experience from check-in to check-out.
The lady at front desk was rude, she almost didn’t say one word. The room AC was not working. I talked with them, they said they can’t fix and also did not have other room. We sleep two night at 90F. The breakfast suppose to open at 08:00 but it still close at 08:30. Lake of professionalism and management

We are staying at Bs capitulations otel for two nights. 1 more night left. There is no hot water. Receptionist wont help us, they do nothing. Expecially one blonde woman at the reception directly lie to us. Worst hotel i wisited. We learn that they do not provide hot water and always say a technician comes and fix it. It is a lie. A blonde receptionist woman, she is very intresting. She does nothing. Directly lied to me. Do not stay at this hotel.

In room 219 Bathroom smelled of Sewage, no hot water in shower, air conditioning did not work. Hotel is along highway but able to drive into Santa Fe center in 1 minute.

Only 5 km from airport and so this strategic location which guarantees them trade. They also have budget tourists staying here who go to Granada each day on coaches ! Mainly Chinese tourists. It was not the place for me ! Staff were friendly but the other guests were not easy to get along with and were pushy and sort of took over in large groups ! Buffet experience not good.

Habitación vieja y anticuada.
El agua caliente no funciona bien, la calefacción muy floja, no tiene minibar, lámpara rota y la TV de 24" muy pequeña.
Lo mejor el desayuno y el camarero de 10.

El hotel olía mal, tenia el parket levantado y en el baño una loza del suelo partida.

El apartamento estuvo bien, estuvimos 3 noches por un precio bastante económico y no escuchamos ningún ruido desde nuestra habitación
