Hello Please let me tell you about the Catalonia Ses Estaques, this is 100% a 2 star hotel. In 23 years this is the worst hotel we have stayed in, I’ll go through each problem we had. Plus photos, Room - after complaining about our 1st room we had a free upgrade, and don’t get excited about this, we didn’t, the room is that small you struggle to get 2 people in. It’s like the 1070’s which some people may like, as reviews state. They still have the damp, the shower curtain (didn’t think they existed anymore) threadbare towels and the worst mattress I’ve slept in for a long while. Tye patio doors do NOT close properly, meaning the noise from the seafront is immense. Dinning - this is just a NO, the food is BAD, really bad, the starters are, sliced plastic cheese and and and. More sliced plastic cheese. 1 option which was beef n gravy, RUBBER beef and water, looked as if this had been cooked a month before.. we couldn’t eat and went to a restaurant outside. Breakfast- fried egg, and sausage. Think it was sausage and SLICED CHEESE (plastic). we never ate in the restaurant again Outside pool area - make sure you’re up at 05.00am to get one of the 20 sunbeds. As the English have taken it to a new level of reserving the beds. Then your sat on plastic chairs. With NO padding, these chairs must have been thrown out from butlins in the 50’s and shipped over here. Sunbeds and chairs, terrible, like plastic hard fibre. We never sat at the pool area, die to never getting a sunbed, the pool Being dirty, I did hear other guests complaining about the cleanliness of the pool. Please look closely at my pictures Please don’t book here, you will be disappointed, unless you like awful food, no sunbed to lye on (unless your up a 5am to get your towel on, not 05.05am as they will ALL be gone within 5 mins) and then, It looks hard work. And you can sit on the Rock hard plastics chairs for 8 hours Oh, and then get told at 09.30am. No bread left, it’s a joke. I think they have been filming in her for a carry on film, it should be filmed for holidays from hell. This is a bad place. I’m waiting to pay another £1000 to move hotels for the remainder (4 days) Just had a reply. The want £1,345 to change for 4 days, although email was send at 11.30am saying I needed to check out at 11am or be charged another night. I have now been told, to find my own accommodation, customer service from TUI needs to be addressed, people should be in the service industry when it’s this bad, I have about 40 photos of how bad this place is, please look at all the review sits. I’ve placed them on. NEVER BOOK WITH TUI, stick with JET2 Oh, the only helpful member of staff was the housekeeper, I put her has the manager me, as everyone else was unwilling to help, resolve or even smile

Nice hotel in an excellent location. Very friendly, helpful staff. Fresh breakfast buffet available each morning and a well stocked selection of drinks at the bar(s). Spacious enough rooms with a decent sized balcony and good sized bathroom only let down by a need for a bit of decorating and the shower leaked on the floor.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again. The room and hotel is exceptionally clean, with good decor throughout. The staff are a joy, only too happy to help and went above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation. I really can’t thank them enough. The breakfast was delicious, a good range of cooked items, pastries and fresh fruit etc. My only complaint is the coffee is from a machine - no chance of an oat latte! I didn’t use the pool area and would say this is the only area I didn’t feel 100% about. Nothing in particular just a bit too open for me - and there were plenty of other people using it, so probably just me! One other thing - my wifi connection wasn’t great when I used it, so probably wouldn’t stay there if i was on a working vacation!

Loved every minute of our stay. Out of season so peaceful. Room amazing size and clean (junior suite with balcony). Staff exceptional. Helped us with a broken bag, booking a car and also chased up a deposit on some bicycles for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Top pool deck sheltered and amazing sea view. Will look for other Catalonia hotels for future trips. The adjoining restaurant La Mar de Santa served amazing buffet and cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We visiting Ibiza first time! This hotel Catalonia Royal Ses was exactly what we need! It’s not on the busy city center. It’s close to the nature! View from the balcony - spectacular ! It was great experience! Location of the hotel-excellent! Staff- nice and friendly! Restaurant- delicious! We definitely come back here!

Paper thin walls, if you want quiet, don’t go there. We had 5 nights with no sleep. The food and staff are lovely. SUNBEDS go fast. The rooms are clean, but if you have neighbours who put on their tvs you can hear everything. Plus you can hear all conversations. A shame.

Quality hotel, great location and friendly staff. We stayed for 5 days for an end of season break. Hotel is excellent, exceptionally clean, comfortable modern rooms (third floor). Breakfast choice was outstanding. I don’t think there is anything that any guest could ask for that it doesn’t do well. Staff are very friendly and polite. First time to Sante Eulalia and would definitely return in the future.

We have just returned from a two weeks stay at this hotel, the hotel is a stones throw away from the beach, very peaceful & amazing views. Our room had partial sea view, reasonable size room but the bathroom was a bit disappointing, bit small & shower over the bath, toilet seat was very flimsy & had several scratches on it,( room 201).there are few English Chanel's if you are a tv addict, lovely view from the balcony. Your room is cleaned every day & fresh towels provided. Food is excellent plenty of choice, problem with self service is if you go down late some dishes are just lukewarm. The entertainment is on every evening, most nights it was excellent, the animation team work very hard to keep everyone entertained, staff all through the hotel are very helpful & friendly. The marina is near by & lively promenade with plenty of bars /restaurants, its quite a upmarket area, the bus station is 15 minutes walk, you could get a boat to lots of places from the marina, Ibiza old town is well worth a visit. It's a excellent hotel & I would definitely recommend it.
