Hotel E Central Villa Clara

We were with a group of 24 turist from Austria for one night there in February 2024. At arriving looked quite impressive, nice but that was all. Lady at the lobby was incompetent, waiters mostly young , unmotivated, lazy and unfriendly. We sat 6 at a table and they could offer one bottle of red wine ( they had only one in the whole bar!). As we left a bit earlier as the other members from the table we payed all that was consumed ab 3000 Pesos , when the others left they were charged thr same amount! So we payed twice for the wine( no memey back)! There was only cold water for shower in the morning and evening as well. No internet working. In the morning we were woken up by the incredible noise made by the personnel cleaning and working around. Impossible to sleep after 06;00 in the morning, not only for us but the other members of the group as well. Never again ! Awful and disappointing!

A centrally located hotel, with a large welcoming foyer and friendly reception staff. There was a power cut on arrival, so our room wasn't ready and there was no internet until late evening, which was a bit frustrating, but not exactly the fault of the hotel. There seemed to be a problem with the wine, because on ordering a glass, I was told "no", but it turned out it was on another floor and someone had to go and get it. It all turned into a bit of a performance to be honest. The room itself was large and clean, although the shower wasn't particularly good. The air conditioning, once the electricity was back on, was very good. What was very strange were the towels, which seemed old, thin and very, very small. Not suitable at all. This is Cuba though, so you have to take all these quirks in your stride. There were no windows to the outside, just opening out to the inner atrium, which I wasn't quite so keen on. My main gripe was the noise. This hotel just consists of the ground, first and second floors. I was on the second floor, right by the roof top bar. The noise that came from there until around 2 in the morning was unbelievable, and it was impossible to get any sleep. Also, there's no lift in this place, although the staff (when you can find someone to help) will take your luggage up and down the stairs for you. I have to give a special shout out to the receptionist (I'm afraid I don't know her name) because my companion was very challenging and extremely rude to her, and the restaurant staff, unnecessarily. I did apologise, and she shouldn't have had to put up with the way he talked to her. To be honest, I didn't really like Santa Clara, so I'm unlikely to return. But if this hotel managed to iron out the issues that it has, it could be a very good place to stay.

Fue un encuentro excepcional entre amigos y nos sentimos muy satisfechos con toda la atención exclusivamente en la terraza del último piso la cual está llena de pasión y alegría , recomiendo al 100 % visitarlo y poder Preciar su calidad y profesionalidad.

Hotel que sin grandes lujos cumple a la perfeccion, excelente situacion en el mismo centro de la ciudad. Nos hospedamos a principios de agosto y repetimos 10 dias despues la pega que en ninguna de las dos ocasiones funcionaba el ascensor no se si era averia temporal o definitiva pero como fue mpoco tiempo no hubo problemas el tema es si vas para varios dias subir y bajar se hace pesado. Por lo demas todo estupendo probamos la langosta en el restaurante del hotel a un precio de risa.

Excelente hotel con muy buenas condiciones es mi segunda visita soy mexicano muy buena la atención de todo el personal en especial los dependientes y un amigo que hice con muy buen dominio de su trabajo y con muy buena atención Michael Sánchez espero en en mes de julio visitar ese hermoso hotel y que sigan así de atentos y buen servicio saludos desde México .

Las recomendaciones para visitar el Hotel deben ser actualizadas con Las posibilidades reales que hoy tiene, el personal de servicio es Joven pero muy atentos y excelentes en su profesion. Deben mejorar en la variedad de platos a ofertar en las comidas. Felicitar al cocinero por la calidad y excelente elaboración de Las comidas elaboradas.
