We stayed here as part of an organised walking holiday. I feel terrible for writing negatives as the staff here were fantastic- friendly and helpful. However, our room was so tiny, the air con worked but was ineffective and noisy (35 degree heat here!) and the bathroom was awful- my husband could barely fit in the shower and everything in it was very poor quality (fixtures and fittings) had a terrible sleep and breakfast was not very good compared to the other hotels we stayed in around Puglia ( poor choice and quality) I’m sorry to say. The room was the main issue.

A place that feels like home! Choose the rooms with the magnificent view over the seaside and you will enjoy waking up every morning with the beautiful light coming in and the sound of the waves crashing. I've been visiting Santa Cesarea Terme in October for work, it is out of season but the weather was super nice and I could still enjoy the sun in the weekends. The personnel is so sweet and takes good care of guests: we were a big group of people and we felt part of the family by the end of our stay, we didn't want to leave! Very grateful because when you are away from home for a while, feeling the warmth, the smiles and the good care makes a huge difference in your experience. And the location, oh, look at the view :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel Mediterraneo this September. Sure- it‘s not 5Star Luxury and the bathrooms are tiny, but apart from that the hotel offers all you need really. Splendid location, comfy beds, seafront rooms with a spectacular view, good breakfast that you can enjoy on the outside terrace, a/c and free parking. Add a super nice and helpful staff- what more can you ask for. Wish i could have stayed longer.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here! To start off with they gave me an upgrade to a sea-view room which was BREATHTAKING! Made my trip 100 times better because the view was really amazing. They also went another step further by providing something for my room I'd asked for as a special request. The staff were wonderful, and made such an effort to help me discover the best places to visit, from beaches, to towns to amazing sunset spots. They really made an effort with me, even the ones who couldn't speak English still made an effort to acknowledge me as much as they could when they saw me. Breakfast was great, and there was always someone around to come and take your order or clean up your table. Everyone was really really friendly and I was honestly so sad to leave.

Was a lovely clean hotel , room was at the back of the hotel and was a little warm even though AC was on . Location was a little quiet .

Non ho mai scritto una recensione dopo una vacanza ma questa volta devo farlo per esprimere la mia gratitudine a una famiglia bellissima che gestisce un hotel bellissimo a Santa Cesarea Terme il GRAND HOTEL MEDITERRANEO. È un ex monastero, fronte mare, veramente a due passi dalla piscina sulfurea e dal lido Caicco dove ci sono le grotte (si deve soltanto scendere una scaletta adiacente all'hotel e attraversare la strada !!). L'hotel è tenuto benissimo, pulizia impeccabile, massima cura attenzione e soprattutto affetto per i clienti, rapporto qualità/prezzo perfetta. Ma oltre questo bisogna andare in questo hotel perché si mangia benissimo, ogni giorno pesce fresco, cucinato da uno chef CRISTIAN bravissimo, ricette favolose di riso patate e cozze - sgombro - gallinella - pescatrice - vongole, di cui da buona barese ho chiesto il bis (perché non potevo non farlo !!). Ringrazio di cuore Emanuele Stefano Irene Francesca alla reception, Giuseppe Francesco Alessandro e Donato alla ristorazione, il grande Chef Cristian, e due bimbe che intrattengono i clienti come due angioletti Elisabetta e Victoria. CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!!!!!

Fijn comfortabel hotel aan de boulevard met aangename kamers met zeezicht, een fijn dakterras met ligbedden en zitjes en een uitstekend ontbijt. Maar wat ons verblijf vooral bijzonder maakte was het ongelooflijk attente personeel. Heel veel dank voor de goede zorg!
