We are located one and a half blocks from a private beach with key access. This dwelling is attached to our home that we live in with our family and animals including two small dogs and two cats.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Stunning private neighborhood with attentive hosts
Lovely one bedroom apartment with dedicated parking located in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a small beach. Short drive to Santa Barbara attractions. Host was responsive and friendly. Really loved our stay!

Beautiful stay and neighborhood was just delightful to go on a morning walk. Carport and checkin was super easy and convenient Will definitely stay here again.

This place is a gem! We were in town for my son’s student orientation at UCSB, and this place is very conveniently located to campus and easy to get to. It was a very clean, private, quiet and safe sanctuary to return to after a long and full day at UCSB. I would stay here over and over each time I’m visiting UCSB. Hosts were quick to respond and wonderful.

Perfect for UCSB Parents
Wonderful unit with easy access to bike trails that go right through UCSB campus into Isla Vista. Stayed for our son’s graduation and were very happy with our choice. Hosts were very responsive to online requests and the whole process was simple and easy. Would stay again and recommend to others as a great alternative to the limited hotels in Isla Vista.

Cold weekend
The weather was unseasonably cold. The small heater in the unit was not able to keep up. Contacted the owner and they supplied an additional heated that made it more comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely place short walk to the beach.
This rental was perfect for me! I enjoyed the short walk to the private beach to see the sunset each nt. The rental is also close to great hiking and biking trails. Durning low tide you can walk as far as you can see down the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a separate room with the tv couch and kitchenette. Host family was very accommodating and responded promptly to questions. I hope to stay again in the future!

We had a great stay! It was close to UCSB, the owners were gracious, and the beach was a bonus!
