Hipotels Flamenco

Lovely hotel from the fresh smell in reception to the excellent food choices. I visited in the first week of opening for summer and it was quite busy. This is a very German heavy hotel this early in the season and everything is directed towards these customers I felt. All the staff were very polite and friendly. The rooms are stunning, bathrooms very clean and you do not lack any amenities. The rooms had a huge terrace as being in the first floor. The only issue is the left hand side of the hotel does not get much sun in the afternoons. The food choices were very good and there is so much variety every morning and evening. The only issue is how prompt people are at meal times and there not being much room to sit. The staff were all prompt and cleared tables very quickly. All food was piping hot. The only thing I do find strange is water and juices and coffee and tea are all free at breakfast but nothing at all on offer in the evenings and a small bottle of water is €3. The hotel is well located for exploring and lots of shops were open and there is 2 large supermarkets nearby and Aldi and Mercadona for cheaper snacks you might want. I didn’t use the bars but they were always busy and staff were polite when walking past to go into the pool area. The gym is amazing for a hotel and the indoor pool and spa area are 5star!! If I went back I’d ask for a room on the sunnier side of the building and go down to dinner a bit later on in the times to get a table.

Absolutely loved this hotel, it's immaculately clean and comfortable. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious and spotless, no complaints whatsoever. The pool is lovely and the outdoor space is well kept and looked after. The staff are wonderful, they could not do enough for us, particularly as my husband was taken seriously ill on our 2nd to last day and was admitted to hospital. The reception staff and the restaurant staff were so kind to me, looking after me and helping whenever they could. I will never forget the way they treated me with such compassion, especially the lovely ladies at breakfast and Kati and the lovely young man on reception on the 3rd and 4th of July (so sorry I didn't get all there names. We have booked to go back next June, we loved it so much.

We chose this hotel in a part of the resort we don’t normally stay this was due to very few hotels being open over Christmas and new year - so glad we did it was such a beautiful hotel with the most wonderful staff. It was incredibly relaxed and comfortable both inside and the pool area. The food was great especially the breakfast(pastries were exceptional). I think we where the only English guests in the hotel as far as I’m aware but this was fine as everyone in the hotel where so polite ☺️ After going to this part of Majorca at least 4 times a year(through the winter months)when staying in a hotel I will always choose this beautiful Flamenco hotel. The hotel address is Sa Coma but I have family in Cala Millor and have been coming here for over 35 years and even though the hotel is classed as Sa Coma I think of it as the end of Cala Millor as it’s on this side of the headland. If you have never been to this part of the island the hotel is literally steps away from the beach plus within walking distance there is a lovely old castle on the headland that serves food and drink through the summer months where you can take the most beautiful pictures from the top ☀️ if you are thinking of going in the winter months and like the sun you will need to book a room overlooking the pool as this is the side the sun is on so just for the warmth in the afternoon I would always do this. If you love traditional local food there is the most amazing place to eat a few minute walk from the hotel called Bonanza - menu of the day is my favourite as its always local dishes and the price is incredible(wine is included)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reliable, warm, and truly guest-oriented. Before my parents stayed at Hipotels Flamenco, I contacted the hotel with a special request: My mother was going to spend her birthday there, and I wanted to surprise her with a bottle of champagne at dinner. Even though I wasn’t a guest myself and didn’t have access to a booking number, the Hipotels Flamenco team responded in an exceptionally professional, patient, and solution-oriented way. Communication via email was consistently friendly and highly reliable. They provided the full wine list for selection, allowed easy payment by bank transfer, and kept me updated throughout the process. What stood out most to me was the combination of dependability and genuine kindness: The team didn’t just carry out my request – they truly thought it through. They even included the personal greeting card discreetly with the surprise. The surprise worked perfectly, and my mother was truly touched. I want to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding support. A clear recommendation – not only for the stay itself but also for the exceptional service behind it.

Having had many excellent hoildays at other Hipotels I decided to try this one. On arrival I was allocated 239 with a view of flats,road and car parking. As I had paid extra both for a solo/poolview room I returned to the deak.Apparently the architect classed this as having a 'pool view! After some discussion, and help from the Jet2 rep,I was moved to 429 the following day - exactly what I had paid for. The majority of guest were German so there were many wurst dishes on the menu. The dishes all had labels in several languages including German - very few had English too. Some dishes were obvious but as a diabetic I wanted to be sure.I did mention this to the hotel and recieved a positive response.The staff in the dining room happily spoke German to guests but seemed to have little English. Evening entertainment was limited as it was early in the season - Bingo in German apparently. The outdoor pool was also closed. On the positive side - renovated last year so in excellent condition ; very good location near to beach, prom, buses, shops etc.; very comfotable room ( a non selct room has no coffee/tea making facilities. I borrowed a kettle for 10Euros but had to buy tea etc. Fortunately I had brought a mug) spotless and kept very clean; wide selection of dishes with a changing menu which as I was there 11 days was good.

I travelled with my husband and my mom and we had two rooms at this hotel and stayed 3 nights just before Christmas. We were upgraded on arrival to, two sea view suites which were lovely and clean and the staff friendly. The location is good facing the promenade, beach and sea and a supermarket is close by. The food was ok, but not labelled very well, and limited hot veggie options (but I got by for our short stay). The room was very clean but I found the pillows and bed a little hard and couldn't get comfortable. We didn't use the spa or pool so I can't comment. If you go in December please be mindful that nearly everything apart from a handful of places are shut (only a couple of bars, larger shops and supermarket/s open during our time in the resort). Overall a lovely stay and such a lovely clean coastline.
