Great AI hotel in an ideal location, a short walk from the beach in Sa Coma. Room comfort excellent and in the quieter adults area of the large complex. Food and drink quality was outstanding, with lots of choice. Food and drinks were available at all times of day. Lots of activities, with cycle hire included All the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

We stayed in adult only section and this was our second time here. We love it. Food is fantastic, staff super helpful and hotel is exceptionally clean. Drinks are fantastic and if you want a cocktail not on menu just ask, they will make pretty much whatever you want. I’ve not stayed in many all inclusives but I can’t imagine it being better than this. Entertainment was perfect for us as we don’t like anything overbearing (didn’t enjoy the comedian on Tuesdays but I’m sure others loved him). Some free bikes out front or bikes for €10 refundable deposit at clubhouse. Can’t comment too much on family side but the pool was very warm (heated) and there’s a nice little coffee shop and other restaurants. My only incredibly picky comment would be the spa pool is a little tired but I imagine they will update it. The gym however is fab and they have updated machinery even since last year. We no doubt will book again for next year! Very sad to be going back to regular life! The staff work incredibly hard here, they are clearly trained very well.

An absolutely awful experience, I wish we had never visited this hotel. The family part of this hotel was filthy. The pool areas were not cleaned during our stay and there were ants crawling on the floor where drinks had previously been spilt. We witnessed bar staff throwing remnant's of drinks, with fruit slices in them into the nearby bushes. B block was filthy with bird faeces on the communal hall areas remaining throughout our time here. Our first room smelt like sewage and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. It took a while to get this sorted and another room. The inter-joining room door was left unlocked and allowed guests next door access to our room. On day 3 our daughter got food poisoning/picked something up from the hotel and she has never been so poorly in her life. We ended up in hospital twice during our week's stay and her illness continued long after we returned. TUI are hiding the issues with this hotel and we have yet to have our complaint resolved (Feb 2025). We witnessed another child vomiting outside of our block and it is clear that this hotel needed a deep clean! I am shocked that TUI were aware of the illness spreading around the hotel and that it was clearly still affecting guests in August. I am disgusted by the Customer Service at TUI. TUI's Complaints and Legal Department make it extremely hard to contact anyone and are doing their best to deny responsibility for the issues at this hotel and the illness that was clearly spreading around making their guests extremely ill.

We have just got back from a weeks holiday in the adults only area. Our room was lovely with a big comfy bed. It was spotless and cleaned every day by happy friendly cleaners. We had a rooftop pool which was really nice. The food was excellent apart from the meal we had in the green and grill which wasn't to our liking but the service was great. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment is a bit hit and miss but there is lots of choice. I know there were some problems in the family area but where we were was excellent. We have been to other Sensatori hotels and this one didn't disappoint

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff go above and beyond in every way to make your stay special. Even though the hotel is fully booked, the pool facilities are incredible, and you can always find a sunlounger. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and have stunning views from the balcony. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, especially when it comes to desserts—there’s always plenty to enjoy. What stands out the most is how easy it is to connect with the staff if you need anything. They are always happy to help and will do everything they can to make sure you’re comfortable and enjoying your stay. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and they really do make sure that you and your whole party are happy throughout your visit. There are activities available every day, so you never feel bored, and you don’t even need to leave the hotel to have a good time. Overall, I would rate this hotel a full 5 out of 5 stars.

We have just visited this hotel for a week as a family of 3 with a 8 month old baby. Will start by saying we had a lovely week away and the hotel as a whole is lovely. The hotel as a whole has a lot to offer with various different things on site like a coffee shop, baby rooms, spa etc. As a whole I wouldn’t rate it a 5* hotel, and here the reasons why; Rooms were actually really disappointing, bathrooms are really shabby and tatty, broken tiles, bath sealant missing, old rusty radiator, and the block we stayed in is infested with Cockroaches. Walking back each night to the room through the corridors to old stained carpets and cockroaches crawling around wasn’t ideal. To top it off we had various Cockroaches in the room to be told that our room had been sprayed to defer them, it made no difference and it actually made us dread going back to the room at night. Pool areas are ok, cleanliness again disappointed, didn’t seem cleaned very well all stained from the previous day, and my wife used the bins first thing and they were still overflowing with baby nappies from the previous day which I find quite disgusting. Sunbeds the ones with cushions are filthy, stained which is not good, as these beds are ideal with a baby to keep them out of the sun and in the shade, but they are stained with precious food etc. The main restaurant was ok, seemed plenty of food selection, and good kids area of foods for all various ages, we tried two of the Al a carte restaurants the Italian and the grill, which were both actually really good. The coffee shop is a nice added extra also. Main reception area has no aircon which is a first for me, so as you’re checking in as it’s a popular hotel and a lot from the transfer it’s not ideal when it’s 30 degrees with a baby. Hotel as a whole would say it’s a 4* obviously it gets its 5* title because of its facilities but it has a long way to go in my opinion. Special mention to the staff who all seem to go above and beyond and are really happy and welcoming. Second Tui Sensatori hotel we’ve been and a very similar review. Not sure we will trust another one.
