What can we say, other than we will return and have the best holiday once again This hotel is a perfect retreat to relax and be spoilt in every way, the rooms are perfect, the food is delicious, the area is quiet and beautiful, pool areas are spotless, and best of all the staff are outstanding, thank you to Robbie for being Robbie, you are a credit to the hotel, introducing yourself to all the guests giving us all the tips of where to go and making us feel part of a family of the hotel All the staff are so polite and always have a smile and nice things to say, they go beyond your expectations with finding the right wine, food and a good place to lay in the sun If you are AI, don’t miss out on the small restaurants around the port as they are very very good Also remember that the sister hotel next door has a great Italian restaurant to visit by getting the reception to book you a table included in your AI The hotel is situated in the port and is a great place to visit other parts of the island, a short walk to the caves and bus rides to other parts, ask receptionist for a bus time table Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism, it was a joy to be with you all

We spent five nights at the Club Cala San Miguel by Hilton, and the experience couldn’t have been better. An exclusive spot by the sea with all the essence of the island’s north, exquisite food, fantastic activities and entertainment, but above all, the exceptional hospitality from the entire team. They went above and beyond to make our stay unique, and they absolutely succeeded. A huge thank you to Dani, Gonzalo, Gabi, Robi, the Martas, Ana, Kiko, Harold, Musta, and all the staff, but especially to Álvaro, the manager, for his impeccable service and for paying attention to every detail, making us feel special and unique even when the hotel was full. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous hotel with amazing food and cocktails. We did the All Inclusive which was worth every penny! The hotel is lovely and quiet, we enjoyed music in the afternoons and some evenings. Outside the hotel there is a small beach, a couple of shops and some restaurants. There’s also a train outside the hotel that takes you to the old town - although we only found out about this on the last day! The staff are amazing, particularly Remi the head barman - he is a cocktail genius! Tip - go early to dinner to get seats with an amazing view overlooking the bay!

We recently stayed at this supposed calm, adult-only, luxury 5-star hotel, booking a private suite with a private rooftop pool, hoping for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. As Introverts, we value our privacy and usually let minor issues slide to avoid conflict; it’s vacation time, so why bother? Unfortunately, the problems we encountered here were impossible to ignore. Let’s start with the positives: the hotel’s design is tasteful and modern, the public pool area is nice, and the room cleaning was excellent, the suite was spacious and nicely furnished. Although repetitive, the restaurant served good food with a fantastic selection of fresh fruits. Breakfast coffee took up to 30 minutes to arrive and that was sometimes annoying. The public poolside service was excellent, and the pool menu was lovely for lunch during the day. But that’s where the positives end. Our stay was marred by a constant humming noise in our room that disrupted our sleep almost every night. The hotel attempted to fix it twice but eventually admitted that the noise was caused by a ventilation system placed on the roof. The vibrations from this system made the terrace door vibrate, creating this noise. It was impossible to get any peace, ruining what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. We slept every night with earplugs and kept wearing them during the day when we were in the room. On our arrival day, the air conditioning didn’t work as our terrace door wouldn’t close properly, and they were linked. The hotel suggested closing the door permanently with screws to fix it so that we could have air conditioning. This would have meant no chance to use our private terrace and pool for two days of our eight days stay. After not accepting this “solution”, technicians were called and it was fixed half a day later. Our private terrace, a key reason for booking the suite, was often unusable due to solid morning and evening kitchen odours, as the suite is placed on top of the open kitchen area in the restaurant. So, if you mind the kitchen smell, there is no way to use the private terrace between 8:00 – 11:00 and 19:30 – 22:00. When we raised all these concerns directly, we were brushed off and told these were “minor inconveniences” and that we should just enjoy the last days of our stay. As a token gesture, they offered us a restaurant voucher for their partner hotel—useless given our all-inclusive package. The other reviews about the noisy public pool area were correct; we thought it wouldn’t be that bad, and people would exaggerate. Loud music (karaoke, kids' disco, opera…, etc.) comes from nearby places for multiple hours during the day. Together with the music played at the hotel, it creates a disturbing mix. To top it all off, and that’s why I take the time to write this review in detail, the hotel attempted multiple unjustified high charges to our accounts (5k, 7k, and a few 1k). Despite paying the total €8,200 on the first day of our stay, they charged us additional amounts

Really relaxed adults only vibe, beautiful music by the pool and great food. We had a suite with pool- gorgeous room, big terrace, lots of privacy. Was very special. Very close to the beach, with free hotel loungers and umbrellas, and a few shops to stock up on water and snacks. My only slight disappointment was at check in we explained we had a late flight home as it was my birthday and asked for the possibility of a late check out (4pm). We were told to phone reception on the morning and if there was availability this wouldn’t be a problem and advised us of cost for this. Great! On the day we could see on the website they were advertising the rooms as still available so we phoned reception but were then told no, it’s not possible. Shame!

A quite stunning holiday. Away from the noise in the specatular north of the island, This really is Ibiza at its exclusive and exceptional best. The rooms are spacious and contemporary and the signature open sided restaurant overlooking the pool area and cove and beach beyond is truly breathtaking. But it is the people who make this resort. Marta from Cordoba in the restaurant and bar is skilled and dedicated and a real asset. The other Marta who is the super friendly wine expert always has a smile for you and Jose on reception is a calming presence and Gabriel the deputy GM is a star of the industry in the making, educated, knowledgeable with a focus on the detials but above all guest orientated.
