Hotel Weisseespitze

My wife and I traveled from Ireland . This was out second family visit . This time accomanied by our son, his wife and her parents. Management and staff work hard and there are many signs of excellent training. Customer facing staff seem to be geared to engage and offer assistance. Facilities on site are ample. Pool, Spa and Silent Area are relaxing particularly in view of snow filled mountains. There are nearby downhill ski options for beginners and experts. Cross country run on site is attractive and peaceful. Variety , standard and portion control of food is of a high standard. Christmas Eve Dinner was outstanding and much praise to Chef Paul and his staff. Bedrooms are modern and well furnished. We are very much looking forward to our next visit.

A fantastic hotel and super super friendly people who work overthere. It was the second time for us being there and it feels like coming home 😀 The kitchen is even more fantastic. Who wants to visit the Alps, go there!

The hotel is situated in a fantastic valley surrounded by alpine mountains and with a river running alongside. The building itself is extremely accessible, modern, clean, and has a fantastic and authentic atmosphere. The room we stayed in was also very clean, comfortable and had a fantastic bed! the most peaceful sleep I have had in a long time and to wake up and open the balcony doors to fresh alpine air and hear the sound of a river (& no cars) was a real pleasure. Spa facilities, food and drink were all top notch and the staff are able to converse in multiple languages with ease. Highly recommended and I sincerely look forward to my next visit.

We spent 9 amazing nights in this hotel for both xmas and new year. It was so relaxing we literally forgot what day it was. The hotel has great ammenities, nice restaurant and bar areas and a wonderful spa area with several great saunas and indoor pool. On top there is a heated inside/outside pool which was amazing to enjoy with all that snow and scenery around. The staff is all very helpful and everyone tries their best. The food was excellent- mainly traditional but always with a nice twist. If you are a shnitzel only type of person it might not be for you (although im sure they would accomodate :) ) but we are a foodies family and we loved everything. The xmas and new years gala dinners were also fantastic, we licked our plates. The general atmoshpere, just enjoying a drink at the bar is so nice and relaxing. Guest are 99% german speaking and a few dutch when we stayed. We went skiing on the glacier (count around 40min by car to drive up to 2800!m)- less slopes (still plenty) but perfectly groomed /snow guaranteed and less crowded and we also went to Serfaus/fis/ladis area (30-40min by car) which is a huge domain but much more crowded and the slopes can get ugly by lunchtime , especially if not enough snow. Coming back, the hotel provided a snack with something like a goulash or a sausage and nice cakes, coffee and tea. We need now to go on a diet :) but we loved every minute. We go to Austria both summer and winter and quality/price this is amongst the best we stayed in and you can tell that the family managing it puts a lot of effort into this place.

Wieder Mal ein Traum! Hier ist von vorne bis hinten alles perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wenn ich sehe wie sauber hier ALLES ist kommt bei mir Begeisterung auf! Das Essen ist vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen ein Traum, das Personal ist unglaublich bemüht - es ist einfach schön hier! Wir kommen wieder💛

Das Hotel ist natürlich top und wird nur vom erstklassigen Personal übertroffen! So hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend- egal, ob im Spa, im Service oder in der Reinigung! Perfekte Angestellte! Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit und das Gefühl, rundherum versorgt zu sein!
