Property composed of main house and outbuilding 3.5 km from the centre of Werfenweng, on the outskirts, 12 km from the centre of Bischofshofen, 40 km from the centre of Salzburg, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property, lawn for sunbathing, pond. Table tennis, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: reception, WiFi, storage room for skis, washing machine (extra) (for shared use), ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 3.5 km. Ski lift 5 km, ski school 5 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Nearby attractions: Eisriesenwelt Werfen 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schigebiet Werfenweng. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Catering service available on certain days. Small zoo with farm animals on site. We arrived, entered the house and felt more than comfortable from the start. The chalet exuded a really cozy atmosphere! Everything was in top condition and very clean!
