Ullrhaus - ST Anton 4 Star Superior

What can we say but the Ullrhaus team is like holidaying with your family! Everyone was attentive, happy and they make a huge get to know you!! Such as knowing your favourite tipple or breakfast options that you prefer which we feel goes above and beyond. A huge thank you to Denis, Leilo, Emily, Ronan, Urska you are all amazing and added so much to our holiday! Although the whole staff team were wonderful which is rare!! The owner is so passionate about her hotel concept that this clearly has a positive affect on her staff team “her extended family”. The cleanliness and facilities are excellent. There was an issue with our room and we were moved immediately and checked up upon to make sure all was well. The location is superb with easy access to both gondolas to access the mountain. Although right in the centre it was quiet in the rooms and we slept very well as the beds were so comfortable. We wish you all every success for the future!!

Superb hotel. Hotel has a great location next to the main lifts and the hotel itself has great decor. The rooms were nice and very kindly got an upgrade to a room with a massive balcony. The spa is one of the best I’ve been in and great pool. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. The bar was good with great cocktails and super friendly staff (shout out to the Australian barman). Hotel organised lift passes and taxi to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel - must be one of the best in st anton. Thank you!

Very warm welcome from wonderful front of house. In fact, the staff are universally fantastic-Dennis, Cara, Thomas, Lelo….the list is endless. Food is amazing, especially dinner. Rooms are lovely-spacious, minimalist, comfortable. Hotel is centrally located with only a two minute walk to the lifts. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed…already booked for next year!

I cannot rate this hotel enough. It most definitely deserves a five star review. The service is second to none from the reception staff to the housekeeping, staff make or break a hotel but the service everywhere was exceptional - nothing was too much trouble. A great team led by a great manager. The hotel is ideally located in between both gondolas. The ski boot room was magnificent with every amenity possible. The food was exceptional with a breakfast second to none for a ski hotel. The bar man Ronan was great - super friendly and very knowledgeable - he even created a delicious cocktail based on a few questions about likes and dislikes of tastes - yummy! The spa and pool was great, beautifully clean and a must at the end of a busy ski day. If you are thinking about a ski hotel in St Anton I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Will definitely return.

We spent 10 days at the Ullrhaus at a Gorgeous apartment. The Location, facilities, the restaurant, Bar and the staff were excellent. We had some health issues while staying at the hotel and the staff were so helpful and understanding. We will definitely return to the Ullrhaus. Maybe even in the summer.

Sehr geschmackvoll (skandinavischer Stil, kein Alpenklischee) eingerichtetes kleines Hotel mit unglaublich nettem jungen Personal. Diesen jungen, höflichen Menschen ist nichts zu viel, sie fragen nach, beraten, bringen Extras...Unkompliziert in der Buchung, kein Mindestaufenthalt. Super Lage, zentral neben der Gondel, phantastisches Frühstück, welches eigentlich keine Wünsche offen lässt und zusätzlich noch Karte für Eierspeisen), ebenso das Abendessen. Insbesondere das Abendessen war phantasievoll (Wirsing asiatisch angehaucht!, tolle Saucen und Schätzchen). Sehr sauber! Viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern, sehr kinderfreundlich! Zu kritisieren war lediglich: Schon recht laut die Gondel und das drumherum wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft, weiterer Speisesaal nach hinten, fensterlos, anfangs waren wir im vorderen Speisesaal und es wurde nicht auf unseren Wunsch eingegangen, diesen Tisch zu behalten. Z.T. unhöfliche Gäste, nicht grüßend, Papiertaschentücher im Skiraum einfach liegen lassend.Käse nur gegen Aufpreis, es war nicht möglich zwischen Süßspeise und Käse zu wählen.
