Our home is a 1500 sq ft condo in downtown Sandusky, OH - Close to restaurants, shopping, the islands, Cedar Point, and Sports Force. One block away from the Jet Express ferry! Two bedrooms, two full baths, a full eat in kitchen, family room with loveseat and sofa, balcony overlooking Lake Erie & downtown. Queen size, King Koil, inflatable bed. Washer/Dryer in the unit! Guests also have access to the property’s pool, fitness facility, and outdoor grill. This is not an investment property, it’s our home - we welcome you to be our guest! * the bunk room does have a door - only the bedroom in the loft is open to the rest of the condo. * both TVs are smart TVs with streaming ability, but no cable. * new carpet 2021 * Pack n Play, baby gates for stairs, and booster seat for kitchen tableAbout pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Absolutely no smoking in our unit or on balcony..About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Perfect Location My husband and I, along with our two daughters, spent our weekend in Sandusky enjoying the Tommy Boy Festival! This was the perfect location to enjoy all the festivities. The condo, building and grounds were all VERY nice. We spent some time at the pool which was a nice large area with chairs, tables and umbrellas for families. We liked that the grounds were gated and the building was very secure. This unit was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view of the pier and lake. We would definitely return! The owners were excellent with communication. It was a great trip!

The condo was wonderful. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. The unit was clean, beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Super great place to stay! This was an awesome location for a quick trip to Cedar Point!! It was clean and had all the amenities you could want. It has an amazing view of Lake Erie and Cedar Point. Being a young person, it was very easy to navigate the stair situation. I don’t know that my aging parents could handle it, but it’s an awesome spot for young families! Most important to me was safety- and I always felt VERY safe. The location is secure and there was never a moment I didn’t feel safe. Kristen was an excellent host and answered all my questions! Thank you for everything, and I can’t wait to come back.

Great Location to downtown Right on the water front and in the action. Beautiful views of the bay and easy walking for all our meals. Would recommend for any family staying in the area

Excellent and comfortable stay in Sandusky Bay We were in town to visit family over the 4th. This location was perfect and close to everything we wanted within walking distance downtown Sandusky and family. It was super cute and clean and very comfortable for our family of 4! The outdoor balcony area was a bonus so we could witness all the live music and entertainment at Jackson Pier from the comfort of our rental. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and clean unit with amazing view! Everything was perfect from the location and view to the cleanliness of the unit and attentiveness of the host! It went above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely be back!

Anniversary trip Great location! We really enjoyed overlooking the Jackson street pier, but also being right on the water! Had no problems. Great host!
