酒店的地理位置相當好出門就是海灘，酒店所有的服務人員也非常友好，酒店餐廳也很棒，超級適合夏天帶着家人或者情侶或者自己來住上一週，如果你願意花一點點時間去酒店的官網預訂也會避免被殺熟，家人們懂我意思嗎

We enjoyed our best Eid Vacation on this hotel. We were warm welcomed by the receptionist Mr Waqar. He helped beyond our expectations throughout our stay. The hotel is situated on the best of the island. The buffet Breakfast was excellent . Only cons is that the hotel doesn’t have any free parking onsite, getting a paid space on the esplanade is really difficult. But most of the hotels on the esplanade don’t have free parking spaces.

Good location and comfortable bed. Auto checking in didn't work Bath did not drain very well, bath fills up when you shower. The bath was also dirty. Temperature of room was too warm, not able to open window and air con fixed so could not go below 19 deg. Chair by table had stains on. All quite disappointing as normally Premier are my first choice. May have to think again

Had Premier Inn had the courtesy to inform us before we left home that their restaurant was closing after the first morning of our visit, we would have cancelled immediately. My husband is awaiting a knee replacement, is not very mobile and needs an early breakfast because of his medication.. All other restaurants/cafes were either closed, didn't open until after 9am or (we are vegetarians) told us they cooked meat and fish on the same griddle as vegetarian food.

Room spotless, let us check in 2 hours early. Only concern was the the house keeper took our milk sachets away and teabags what we had brought up to the room. Changed the milk for the little cartons when sje come to do the room, went to make a bru this morning and the milk had green mould in it. Check your milk cartons.

The restaurant and hotel have major communication. When you sit down for dinner the first thing you are handed is a paper with the items that are not available. Should have been told earlier so I could make alternative arrangements. Was told by reception that the restaurant was a separate entity so there’s nothing they can do although I purchased the meal deal from Premier Inn. I would advise that Premier Inn take the meal deal option off of the booking options as the staff told us this is a reoccurring issue. I would like a refund for my meal.

The Sandown Esplanade Premier Inn overlooks the sandy beach which is ideal for families with young children. There are beach cafes, ice cream parlour nearby and of course the Premier Inn Restaurant with an excellent menu. The Southern Vectis Bus service is excellent allowing accessibility to the rest of the IOW, so download the live app, and the OAP UK bus pass is acceptable on most routes.

The staff make this location!! Unfortunately the amount of mould in the bathroom & surrounding area is not a pretty sight. Such a shame as when newly opened it was perfect. FORGET trying to get phone signal/roaming in your room it’s useless - it’s as if there are blockers in place. IF you can get on the WiFi it’s ridiculously slow, I could dial up quicker (maybe because you’re supposed to pay for a higher speed)? Premier inn, listen to customers rather than company accountants.

I stayed here the night after a disastrous stay in another hotel, this was so much better, the view was astounding. Staff were perfect and on a different level, so friendly and informative. The room was spacious and although the window didn't openthe Aircon made up for this minor issue
