Baglioni Resort Sardinia

Incompetenza e poca professionalità sono la base di questo resort targato Baglioni ma di Baglioni c’è poco se non il logo... Si tratta di un vecchio resort denominato Paradaise, ristrutturato alla meglio e usato come trappola per i turisti stranieri che hanno poche pretese. Personale non formato in modo adeguato e in alcuni casi troppo saccente. Pulizie camere non fatte o fatte in modo sbrigativo, ad orari assurdi come alle 17.30. Lasciando strofinaccio per le pulizie unto , bagnato e colpo di peli nella valigia… Che il guest service ha provveduto a lavare in lavanderia in modo gratuito…direi il minimo in casi come questi. Per un 5 stelle e ancora di più per un Baglioni c’è molto da lavorare per migliore i servizi. Meritano una menzione speciale Paolo e Antonello del servizio spiaggia che fanno di tutto per sopperire alle mancanze della struttura, Francesco del ristorante sempre professionale e il direttore Victoriano per l upgrade.

Servizi e struttura imbarazzanti. Situazione in spiaggia indecente. Per accedere bisogna attraversare una palude fetida e puzzolente attraverso pontile pericoloso con chiodi e travi rotte. Non ci sono servizi igienici e le persone espellano i bisogni tra i cespugli generando un odore nauseabondo… Resort senza sevizi. Spa praticamente inesistente con personale scortese. Non sono assolutamente attrezzati al vento che c’è praticamente sempre, Con portaceneri o ombrelloni anti vento ecc Da evitare

西餐廳的經理服務態度很差 對着客人大吼大叫 因為早餐在泳池旁邊 所以我穿了一件泳衣外面套了個網紗連衣裙 經理從遠處就對我大喊 dresscode 朋友立刻幫我回房間拿衣服 我向前台提出 我尊重餐廳着裝規定 但是作為客人 經理這種粗魯的行為讓我感到不適 明明是露天的用餐環境 讓我站在門口 也不能進去等待 總而言之 是很差的服務體驗 酒店設施一般 酒店的海灘也是共用的 從酒店出發沒有車的話去哪裡都很麻煩 10分鐘的路程打車至少30、40歐 不建議沒有車的旅客前往 前台服務感覺很熱情 但是辦事能力一般 投訴了餐廳經理的行為之後也沒有後續反饋。 這個酒店並不在市中心 駕車差不多需要40分鐘 但是酒店本身沒有亮點 不建議大家前往

this hotel is newly renovated and in a very nice location. the access to the beach with private sun beds was very good. the service is very good with friendly staff. the pool area was also very pleasant. the breakfast was tasty and offered lots of fresh fruit and baked goods. however, despite the high price , the rooms we had were not particularly spacious or comfortable. the food was also very expensive. even a club sandwich was €32 euros!

We came for a few days as a beach getaway from the heat in Barcelona and we found a gem in this special luxury resort, the beach is inexpensive of a kind with white sand and pristine water, we can’t wait to be back and explore further more into Sardinia

Gorgeous resort in perfect location for our last stop on our Sicily/Sardinia trip. Wish we were staying longer. Staff super friendly and attentive. Rooms first rate. Iconic view and crystal clear waters. Lovely huge pool. I am not a resort person but this is one I would return to. Beat the crowds but not the sunshine by traveling in May.

We are back in Sardinia and we decided to play it safe by staying at the Baglioni hotel since we really enjoyed this hotel last year! Glad to say that this hotel never fails me. Our expectation has been met this time around too! Service is on point! It has been nice seeing familiar faces amongst the staff, particularly Paolo at the beach. Always kind and attentive, I was pleasantly surprised as I didn’t think he would remember us considering our short stay last year but he did. The beach is stunning as usual and in my opinion it’s the hotel’s best asset although this time around it was much more crowded than September. Over all I enjoyed my stay!

Amazing resort with the best beach and facilities. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Kids are welcomed. Rooms are beautiful and the views to the sea are unique. Food was great, I would just recommend to increase the number of options in the pool menu. I hope to be back next year!

A sprawling hillside resort with water views and within a short walk of the long and sandy Lu impostu beach. We stayed for 3 nights in mid September after the crush of summer visitors had eased. The first thing that struck me was the incredible sincere welcome and hospitality. Ricardo took amazing care getting us checked in and oriented to the key spots on the property before setting us up in the open air bar for some Prosecco. Our room, 420, exceeded my expectations; it was huge, and featured all the modern accoutrements from massive walk-in rain shower and double sinks in the bathroom to the spacious living room and separate bedroom with an extra firm king bed (maybe a bit TOO firm?) and nice pillows, bedside charging plugs (both USB-c and older USB) on each side all packaged in an airy white-washed interior with tasteful accents of color. We also had a large shady patio with comfortable loungers with a view to the sea (300+ yards away down the slope). Our room rate included the lavish breakfast buffet with lots of local specialties as well as international classics. Fresh cooked eggs and other items were all offered cooked to order from the cheery waiters. This place is very family friendly and I expect sometimes perhaps busy with kids given the two small kiddie pools adjacent to the big main pool as well as the kids club program. During our stay occupancy was light and the few families with small kids were no bother. Our off season rate was still over €600/night but I felt the high level of service, excellent new facilities, great breakfast and proximity to an excellent sandy beach were well worth the price. Only nit was WiFi was a bit slow. Highly recommended!
