It was our third visit there. We like the location, the apartments are large, beautiful view, friendly and welcoming staff. It will also be our last visit. For the second time in a row, we leave with quite a few scratches in the car. Sad that the people who live there are so disrespectful, to walk away from what you destroy! the place and apartments are a bit worn by now and need to be done

The stars that we gave is a kind gesture because the staff is really nice and responsive to communication. The room would receive no stars. We are a traveling family and frequently arrive at our accommodation late in the evening so we were tired enough to sleep in the room. This room may not be similar to the other rooms on the premises but it sets the standard in our eyes. The room smelled like cigarettes and dirty mops. There were spider webs everywhere that we removed ourselves to feel comfortable. The patio was covered with rubbish from plants. Dishes were dirty and equipment did not work properly (WiFi). This home can stand out if properly cleaned and equipped. The furniture is great and bathroom well designed. Toilet also ran excessively. Honestly if the front desk was open when we arrived, we would have asked for a refund so that we can choose a different location.

Great base to explore from.only a short bus trip into the city.very relaxing in th evenings.it was nice to sit put an watch the sunset in the mountains.good parking.very good facilities and very clean nice staff.would definetly re visit again.

Stayed here for week and it was great. Nice studio, everything we needed, and nice and sunny terrace. Staff were super helpful and so friendly. Although it is out of San Sebastian, the bus route into town is really easy to use. I highly recommend this place

Nice accommodation. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is quiet but close enough to the city. Bus is available nearby. We had a car and were able to drive into the city and park without issue within 20 minutes. Beautiful view. Charging for an EV available in parking lot. Apartment is dated and a bit tired. It could use some updates. The TV must be at least 15 years old, and there is capability of mounting a TV in the bedroom, but unfortunately there wasn’t one there. The blow dryer and kitchen appliances were well-used and not terribly efficient. Difficult to prep a meal. Air conditioning is a separate unit that vents to the outside but wouldn’t adequately cool the bedrooms, plus it’s very noisy. These are relatively small nits and didn’t impact our overall satisfaction with our stay.

Very spacious studio apartment with fantastic views of the distant mountains. Easy to get to the downtown area using the number 31 bus. Not too far from the main motorway coming from Bordeaux in the north and going to Bilbao in the south. Very friendly reception staff. Parking provided at no charge.

Nice appartment, very quiet, with a beautiful view. Well equipped. Just a small difficulty, how to use the oven .. an explication would have been well appreciated, and some of the kitchen stuff, not very clean. The staff their are lovely and very reactive. Do recommend.

Love the apartment. In a quiet residential area overlooking beautiful rolling hills, yet 10mins away from town by bus or car. Bus stop is 2 mins walk away if you decided not to drive. Supermarket and petrol station 4 min drive away and you are also quickly connected to the highways for you to explore area outside san sabestian. The counter staffs are friendly and the room generally clean. Room is well equipped and my 1 bedroom is good for 4 pax. Highly recommended for family.
