Don’t often do reviews but felt it was necessary this time. Our room (room 3) was very poorly designed with absolutely no space to even open our suitcases never mind anything else. The photos of the superior double with garden view was completely different to the room they gave us which was stupidly shaped and meant we were unable to spend any relaxing moments in our room. We are currently staying in a hotel in Bilbao in a room which is 18m2 and it is much bigger than Room 3. I don’t believe for a minute the room was 18m2. After travelling all the way from Australia to San Sebastián it was very disappointing. I have absolutely no idea how the room can be classed as superior. No air conditioning that worked, curtains that were covered in stains. walls that were dirty, a tiny desk that was lopsided so that you couldn’t put anything on it, bed shoved up against a wall, nowhere to hang any clothes and nowhere to hang wet towels. On one day our bed was made on the second day it was not?? We had to reuse wet towels each day as there was nowhere to dry them in the room. Really good location but the room we were in was awful.

Room was wonderful. Great guesthouse! Unique character! Address on website did not accurately show location on Google maps. This was very confusing for Taxi driver which cost me Euros driving arround the town. Check-in is absolutely NOT available before 3 p.m.... even if it is raining or you are feeling unwell (although I was allowed to leave luggage early and puck up after check-out).

Претензия к компетенции персонала этого отеля. Из-за забастовки, наша авиакомпания несколько раз переносила рейс и нам пришлось отменить несколько гостиниц. Несмотря на то что мы заранее предупреждали отель, персонал отеля отказался переносить время заезда и возвращать деньги за бронирование. Это единственный отель из всех где у нас было забронировано жилье, который так поступил с нами. Not Good Karma :(

Dimenticate le foto delle camere e del giardino che avete visto sul sito dell'hotel. Ho riscontrato nell'ordine: pessimo odore all'ingresso, forse proveniente da un cavedio mal nascosto dietro una tenda. La reception è in uno scantinato, la camera è piccolissima e neanche ben arredata. Non c'è nessun armadio per gli abiti. L'appenderia all'ingresso della camera è pericolosa perché è fissata male al muro ed ha rischiato di cadermi in testa tre volte. Non ci sono specchi interi, manca il frigobar, non c'è la cassetta di sicurezza all'interno della camera. Il climatizzatore è difettoso ed emette un fastidioso rumore ogni 10 o 20 minuti, anche di notte; comunicato il problema al personale mi è stato assicurato che il tecnico sarebbe arrivato in giornata e avrebbe risolto il problema. Lo sto ancora aspettando. Sono stato costretto a richiedere il tappetino della doccia quattro giorni consecutivamente perché il personale delle pulizie non lo forniva al rifacimento della camera. La doccia è buia e priva di luci. C'è uno sgabello in dotazione ma è inutilizzabile perché difettoso. L'unica finestra sul giardino non si può usare per la presenza di due sedie necessariamente usate per appoggiare i vestiti. Manca qualsiasi appenderia in bagno per gli asciugamani. L'unico gancio a ventosa già appoggiato su una mensola non è stato riparato come richiesto ed assicurato dal personale. Viaggio in Europa ed in Svizzera per lavoro e vacanze e posso dire che questa è stata una esperienza davvero deludente. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo. Personale a prima vista gentile ma privo di ogni capacità di problem solving. Sconsigliatissimo. Il sito internet e il logo della struttura invece sono fatti bene, forse troppo. Dulcis in fundo la mattina del checkout ho dovuto lasciare i badjes sulla scrivania del seminterrato perché il personale di ricezione era assente fino al pomeriggio. Surreale.
