Had a great experience. The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had some issues, like the shower wasn’t working, the coffee maker died but all of it was taken care of within minutes of notifying them.

This was our 6th time to stay at The Pheonix... every time we come is a joy! The grounds and facilities and location are 2nd to none on the Island. We cannot wait until our next trip. The staff is fantastic, workout room is awesome, they even have a Peloton! We would not stay anywhere else.

Clean and neat, Very friendly staff. Safe with security around the clock. I would recommend this beautiful resort to anyone. The Red Ginger restaurant on premises has a red curry shrimp I thought was amazing. The front desk can arrange excursions to Secret Beach, the Sand Bar (a real sand bar), Turtle Island, fishing, swimming with the sharks and rays, the blue hole as well as a water taxi to nearby Caulker Caye to feed the tarpon and buy some inexpensive hand made gifts. The Phoenix is the place to stay just steps away from the Palapa bar you can see in the attached photograph or stay by the sparkling pool and let Ricky and Rollie make you a pina colada. You won’t be disappointed.

What an amazing place the staff was outstanding the service was just amazing and the location is perfect. I will definitely return real soon. Happy hour was great too! Food was delicious and pools were pristine. Location for tours was so close by.

The Phoenix was an amazing resort for our family of 4. San Pedro is bustling and lively and the Phoenix is right in the middle of town with easy walking access to the restaurants and shops. However, once you set foot back on the resort property, it is very secluded, quiet and relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and super helpful with recommendations and reservations for activities. Our spacious suite was the perfect home away from home for our family, with two large en-suite bedrooms and a kitchen capable of cooking and hosting a feast. The gym even provided a peloton bike for burning off all the fry jacks and rum punches. We took a gamble visiting during the rainy season of August, but we lucked out with beautiful weather and far fewer tourists. I highly recommend The Phoenix for your stay in San Pedro.

My Husband and I stayed at the Phoenix couple months ago, and as usual we had a wonderful time. We have been coming here for many years and, refuse to stay anywhere else. The Staff here is absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to make sure you have everything you might need. They will book dinner reservations, as well as any type of trip you might want to take while on the Island. From the moment you land at the Airport, someone will be there totake you to the Resort. You will be welcomed with a cold drink and a towel. New elevators were installed since our last trip. Much appreciated by all I am sure. My only regret was leaving, and I can’t wait to get back. Miss you all.

Cannot say enough about The Phoenix staff! After arriving at another resort and realizing it was unlivable, I reached out to The Phoenix. They immediately reserved a room and sent a taxi to pick us up. They greeted us with cold towels and a drink. Throughout the week they coordinated events for us and provided invaluable recommendations that made our trip amazing. The room was FABULOUS!! Beautiful pool with every possible amenity. Highly recommend. We will be back!!!!!

Our family had the two bedroom suite which was beautifully maintained and well appointed - full kitchen and in suite washer/dryer. Staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Location was great and the on site Red Ginger restaurant served us well.

This is our 2nd time staying at The Phoenix and we fell in love all over again. Hospitality at its finest, from the taxi, to front desk, pool staff & even maintenance & security staff- so helpful and friendly! Our unit was our Oasis for the week, they spoiled us for our wedding anniversary & helped with restaurant referrals/reservations. We enjoyed the evening s'mores fire pit & the nail salon service was a life saver when I broke a nail! We don’t want to stay anywhere else! Location is the best, we already miss it!!
