Just returned from 10 night stay, great value for money for price we paid for holiday with TUI, food was on the whole good, plenty of choice at every meal time, restaurant got a bit busy sometimes but we tried to avoid peak times, had a ground floor deluxe room with private terrace overlooking pool (room 29) which was great, beds comfy, overall very happy with our holiday to explore the region, we did 2 TUI trips, Gibraltar with rock tour and Ronda, both excellent, TUI reps, Louise & Troy were very helpful too

Just home from a fantastic 11 days holiday in this amazing hotel. A massive thank you to all the members of staff. Globalees the staff here are worth there weight in gold From checking with the friendly receptionists to checking out it was brilliant. All the staff were fabulous from the housekeepers ,resturant staff,bar tenders and gardeners so very friendly everyone you passed said "hello" We were given a detailed easy to follow map of the complex and found our room quickly. we had emailed the hotel 2 weeks before our arrival and requested a top floor pool facing room (if possible) and was not disappointed. The complex is made up of named blocks of rooms 2 or 3 storeys high set in imaculate gardens and beautiful flower beds The only one with a lift is Almeria which was ours. The room was bright,spotless and welcoming. There is plenty of open wardrobe and shelving space,a dressing table and good lighting,lots of sockets and mirrors. We had a good size balcony with standard patio furniture and a pool and mountain view. The bathroom was spacious clean and well maintained. The shower over the bath was adequate. I suggest you get a slip mat for the bath. They are available on request. The complex had 4 pools. The main one is where the water games and some of the days entertainment is held. There is also a pleasant shaded seating area with tables and chairs. This pool has the most sunbeds and 1 parasol for every 2 sunbeds. So no need to queue at stupid o'clock for a sunbed. The main square is the hub of the complex. It is set in beautifully manicured flower beds. Here you'll find the restaurant,snack bar, main bar, the quiet pool and kiddies pool. You also have access to the rooftop solarium. All the evening entertainment is in this square with ample tables and chairs. Also a small area with a pool table and games for the teens. During certain days the barbecue is fired up and fresh paella is made along with sangria. (yummy) It's a good place to enjoy a drink and relax during the day. There is another bar indoors that opens of an evening it has a large seating area and a few tables outside. The reception also has a comfy seating area to chill in. The evening entertainment consists of kiddie time till 9pm then live music shows bingo and quizzes. The animation team are brilliant and work non stop. The restaurant is clean and bright .It can get busy at certain times.There is an cool anex at the back of the resturant.We choose to eat here as not as busy. The food is as you would expect all inclusive Plenty to choose from fresh salads, pasta, pizza, fresh grilled meat and fish, and the usually aray of potatoes and vegetables. Desserts and icecreams. Some nights are themed nights. Mexican,Chinese etc. San Miguel is the beer on self serve with White,Red and Rose wine, water and fizzy drinks. The making of this holiday was the laid back feeling of not having to rush to do anything. There is a mix of nationalities and a good relaxed a**ospher

Always good here being going since 1996 however daytime activities this year for adults was very poor & except for two nights evening entertainment was terrible. The Bar staff, reception and restaurant staff as usual were always outstanding!

We stayed at the hotel for a week from the 28th of April. This was our 4th visit to this hotel. We upgraded to a deluxe room for this visit. Would recommend doing this as you get the safe included in the price. Usually costs 30 euros extra for the week also you get tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. Plus you get a decent sized balcony. There is an excellent choice of food in the restaurant and the all inclusive drinks are a good standard. Its a 15 minute walk from the hotel to San Pedro or a 20 minute walk down the costal path to Purto Benus . The staff at the hotel are very friendly and extremely hard working a real asset to the hotel. The hotel as a lovely courtyard area to have a drink and watch the entertainment in the evening. There is also a large traditional bar area inside the hotel . Not sure why the uk tv channels are not accessible in the rooms this year as they were on previous visits. Overall an excellent hotel and very good value for money.

This is our second visit / it’s a 3 star with 5 star staff . Could not find a more efficient or friendly bunch - if you want to be full on with them that’s fine or if you rather sit back and relax also fine. Most people we have spoken to are return visitors and there is good reason it would be hard to find better value than here. It’s busy and the food is mainly good , I found it less varied than last year but my own kitchen is like this as costs are much higher - this hotel maintains good rates . They have a really nice animation team for little ones and for bigger kids some competitive games. The gardeners keep the place immaculate and the room cleaners are not far behind . Clean pools if a bit cold great bar staff and dining room staff work hard to make a tight space work for all .Ive noticed a few complainers about the reception team and have not experienced this at all , they are all smart multi lingual and helpful / if you have to wait then relax with a drink . Lots of great places to visit - good bus services and two towns walking distance - a great place to relax I’ll visit again

Just home from a week here and I can honestly say now after visiting 4 times with teething problems in visit 1. I would never stay anywhere else. We chose to return for our honeymoon this year and I am so glad we did. From reception to bar to housekeeping is 5 star rating. Rooms tidied and sheets changed every other day. 4 swimming pools but the large one is most fun if you like a giggle. Food is just like nowhere else I’ve gone for all inclusive,there was literally a constant change up and you are never hungry. I’ve a serious peanut allergy and like every year the chefs check with me at every meal what I should or should not have which in a weeks stay was only 1 item they asked me not to have. They have added allergy info on every food station which is impressive if you have allergies. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place to go if you want full on drinking and night time late entertainment then it’s not for you. But for us it’s the perfect choice and we will continue to return every year maybe even try for a second this year. The owner/manager I’m sorry I did not get his name is the nicest man and listens to every guest. I would upgrade to superior room and get the fridge ( only €46) for the week. We stayed in room 1010 in Almeira block I think it was.

Fantastic place to stay, rooms are lovely however there's no fridge. Plenty of pools and the food is very good. A good selection for everyone, you won't go hungry. Alot of cocktails on all inclusive, there's a bar at the back and a seating area. You get proper glasses that side as it's away from the pools Nice and friendly staff

Would not recommend I'm not one to complain but this was disappointing. We love to sit out on a morning on balcony with a cuppa but the balcony wouldn't really call it a balcony was way too small for 2 people had to take it in turns. No kettle in room asked if I could hire one was told no so had to buy one . Food was the same every day no variety at all got to point where I was sick of eating it

We’ve just returned from a very pleasant stay. This was our first visit here, and first impressions are very good. Just off of the main major road from Malaga, but actually is very handy as it has a main bus stop so you can get all sorts of buses up and down the coast from there. We went to Marbella, Banus, and if you walk 20 mins to San Pedro you’ll find the Avanti bus hut to buy your ticket on the bus to Ronda (a must see … absolutely stunning place) 12 euros return! Much cheaper than the excursion. A 10 min walk down to the sea front is easy, we preferred the walk to the right, where there are some nice bars and restaurants, ice cream huts etc. along prom. Rooms are adequate, we had superior room, but with no sunshine at all. We contacted the front desk, but all fully booked although they did their best Would recommend you try to book a delux if available, with the additional facilities it provides. Pools are nice, although cold! All inclusive is on the whole good, although we didn’t like the busy times in the restaurant, but staff work very hard to clear tables etc. All inclusive drinks are good .. although local spirits, they’re okay. San Miguel on tap. Gardens and main courtyard are outstanding. Flowers everywhere, and you cannot fail to be impressed with the way the place is kept. Staff lovely. They provided a nice fizz for a birthday … many thanks ! A few minor things that I’d like to see improved is the layout of restaurant, not having to pay for safe, tea/coffee and fridge in all rooms! And free exchangeable pool towels. I’d still give this a 5 star as I wouldn’t want anyone to be put off … it’s a hidden gem and we will return someday. A great base for visiting the area … great value for money.
