Older hotel on the beach in Melaque. We had 2 rooms, one didn't have hot water in the shower. My room's A/C didn't work, so staff moved me to another room which was fine. Beach access was easy and several tables with umbrellas were reserved for hotel guests. Open air restaurant's food was great and they brought food ou to the beach tables. Good cable TV although only CNN was in English. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were noisy-- windows need double panes

Es la tercera ocasión que me quedo hospedada en este hotel. Regrese porque el buen servicio recibido. Pero en esta ocasión no fue así. Al hacer check in no tenían nuestra reservación a la mano y dejamos un pago de garantía. Personal de recepción con poca capacidad para resolver problemas. La habitación no tenía los elementos mínimos de bienvenida (botellas de agua, papel higiénico), les pedimos y nos lo dieron pero lo quitaron de otra habitación. El servicio de meseros de restaurante nos dejo mucho que desear. Se les daba preferencia a clientes extranjeros que no estaban hospedados en el hotel
