Hotel Pila Seca 11

Pay Atention! They ask for a credit card to guarantee the reservation saying that it is only a guarantee and that you’ll pay at the hotel upon arrival (when checking in). But it's not true!! They made me pay upon my arrival saying that it was not paid and they had already withdrawn the money from the guarantee!!! I saw it later on my statement. So I paid double and they haven't returned my money. Every time I call the hotel they tell me that they are going to see… cuidado! piden tarjeta para garantizar la reservación diciendo que solo es garantía y que se paga directo en el hotel al llegar (al hacer check in ). Pero no es cierto!! Me hicieron pagar a mi llegada diciendo que no estaba pagado y ellos ya habían retirado el dinero de la garantía!!! Lo ví más tarde en mi estado de cuenta. Entonces pagué el doble y no me han regresado mi dinero aún. Cada que llamo al hotel me dicen que van a ver… Attention! Ils demandent une carte pour garantir la réservation en disant que ce n'est qu'une garantie et que le paiement se fera directement à l'hôtel à l'arrivée (lors de l'enregistrement). Mais ce n'est pas vrai !! Ils m'ont fait payer à mon arrivée en disant que ce n'était pas payé alors qi’ils avaient déjà retiré l'argent de la garantie !!! Je ne l’ai vu que plus tard dans mon extrait de banque. J'ai donc payé le double et ils ne m'ont pas encore rendu mon argent. Chaque fois que j'appelle l'hôtel, ils me disent qu'ils vont voir…

Absolutely terrible experience. Went to celebrate my engagement with my fiancé only to find dead ants all over the blanket, room that smells like mildew and a shower that doesn’t have any water pressure so the water comes out in weak pulses. When contacting the front desk the staff was very rude and not helpful, ignoring our concerns. To top is all off when we checked out we found our rental car was damaged by the hotel valet and they refused to take responsibility. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
