Staff were wonderful and so helpful! Room was lovely and comfortable, they need new photos as it is not as dated as the images. The public transport was easy to use and recommend the 48 hour pass but it did take about 45 minutes to get to most places in Turin. Would stay again!!

I booked the wrong place should have been in Milan not Milano ?I was in search of my father for 18 years once I arrived here with the address I was given ?to find it was the incorrect city but staying here its rates 3 star should be 4 star and all the staff are a huge 5 star in my eyes ,great entrance great decor amazing rooms i highly recomend this Hotel Glis any time I must say a huge thanks to Arianna and Giada front desk receptionists,they new about why I was here they helped me in every way where to go ,would nook transport for,assisted me in the direction of train station to Milan to see my father,every day they would take time to ask me how things went ,I rate them both a 10 star all the way,they are such an asset to the Glis hotel my heart thanks you both ,I would highly recomend this fantastic Hotel again a huge thank you to Arianna and Giada .

What an incredible surprise! I booked this hotel as I was attending Eurovision in Turin. Hotels were getting booked up fast and so I booked Hotel Glis without doing much research. I booked a superior double room. Due to a change of plan, I had to change the booking from a double to twin room and contacted the hotel directly to do this, it was not an issue and this was sorted quickly. On arrival, the staff at reception were friendly and so welcoming. Nothing was too much. Every communication I had with reception was helpful, efficient and just really positive. Breakfast was great and of a really good quality. The room was so much nicer than I was expecting - I was expecting the photos on some trip advisor reviews, a bit dated looking (sorry!), but opening the door I was so blown away by the quality and standard of the decor. My dad was worried he wouldn’t be able to make tea/coffee but there was a kettle in the room and a fridge with complimentary water! We also paid for the “mini fridge top up” on two days and got cans of pop, snacks, etc. This was really great. The hotel booked our taxi to the airport on departure day and this arrived with no issues. We encountered several different staff members and they were all so pleasant and so helpful. Our room was cleaned and fresh towers were left every day of our stay - this felt luxury compared to the UK! We were a little concerned about the ease of getting around to/from central Turin to this hotel, as it does feel more geared at the “out of city” business travellers, conference attendees etc., however we paid for a 72 hour bus ticket for €10 each which allowed us to get on as many buses and trams as we wanted for 72 hours, and using the app “CityMapper”, figured out that if we get the 49 and then 8 bus, it was super easy to travel in/out of Turin. It took around 25/30 mins dependent on traffic. Overall, this hotel was the most wonderful surprise and we will definitely return here on our next trip to Turin. The hotel is a little way out of the city but there is a bus stop within a 10 minute walk. The hotel sells bus tickets which was really helpful! The place is clean and comfortable. The only thing that would have made it more comfortable for us would be more powerful air conditioning, but the place was such good value for money that it wasn’t such a big deal.

I didn’t even get to stay at the hotel because I wasn’t going to pay more for the hotel room that I paid for in October. I booked my hotel room in October 2021 on a hotel booking site. I paid for the room and paid above the average rate listed on tripadvisor for a two night stay. I have found out this week that because Eurovision is being held in the city that weekend and they can charge ludicrous amounts of money that they claim that there was an obvious error in my rate and the £190 pound rate for two nights would need to be changed to almost £600 for two nights I tried to communicate with the hotel that I had booked early to secure the best possible rates and at time of booking all the dates in that time period were around the same price and in fact in the peak summer period were not inflated. I pointed out that the hotel were clearly trying to make extortionate amounts of money out of people and that I had legitimately had booked early and that they should honour the rate at the time of the booking. I asked to see the terms and conditions for this change in fee and asked them to provide me other examples where they had asked for such ludicrous rates and rather than a response I got confirmation that my booking has been cancelled and that as a gesture of good will the cancellation fees have been waivered in this instance. Isn’t in wonderful that we live in a world where greed overtakes customer service. I have no hesitation that my room will be snapped up at the much higher rate and my visit to Turin will now have to be cancelled because there are very few vacant affordable rooms. So much for the early bird catches the worm, more like the early bird gets eaten by a greedy cat called the Hotel Glis!

Letti comodi ,Camere spaziose,hotel ristrutturato di recente, bagni pulitissimi ,profumati, colazione ottima, servizio cordiale, che dire la perfezione fatta hotel. Tornerò sicuramente a trovarli , siamo stati in coppia Io e mia moglie e siamo stati veramente benissimo, comodi con gli spostamenti. Un soggiorno veramente da favola.

Tutti ragazzi giovani , sempre disponibili e sempre educati, struttura buona, comodo parcheggio, vicinissimo a entrata tangenziale. Lo consiglio soprattutto x qualità prezzo ottima. C’è da migliorare se pur nella media il servizio colazione

Letto comodissimo, due cuscini di diversa dimensione pulizia e cortesia del personale sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La colazione ottima ie abbondante n un ambiente piacevole e luminoso. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo.

Devo ammettere che la scelta di ripiego questa volta in questo hotel è stata azzeccata in pieno. Non trovando posto nell' albergo ove sono solito alloggiare quando sono nella zona nord di Torino, opto per questa scelta. L' accoglienza è stata a dir poco eccellente, anzi colgo l'occasione per complimentarmi con la addetta alla reception che mi ha accolto, per la sua gentilezza.La camera al quarto piano è stupenda, con un letto matrimoniale comodissimo. L' arredamento recente e molto elegante. Pensate che ogni giorno vi lasciano gratuitamente le bottiglie di acqua sulla scrivania. La TV è collegata a Sky. Wi-fi libero con una buona connessione. Il bagno è molto grande e funzionale con prodotti per la doccia. La colazione è varia e di buona qualità. Lo staff tutto è gentile, sempre sorridente. È stato un vero piacere essere ospite di questo hotel. Sicuramente la prossima volta a Torino sarà la mia prima scelta. Lo consiglio sicuramente a tutti. P.s. l' hotel è dotato di un ristorante che non ho avuto occasione di provare. Sarà per la prossima volta. Complimenti ancora...

Abbiamo pernottato 2 notti presso questa struttura. Personale disponibile e cortese, struttura interna pulita e ben tenuta. La camera 401 si affaccia sulla strada e per via degli infissi è fredda è poco insonorizzata. La colazione è varia e viene servita a buffet con prodotti discreti. Infine per essere un tre stelle mi aspettavo una camera più insonorizzata e una colazione con una qualità superiore.

Weekend di lavoro. Ottimo hotel, gentilezza e cordialità del personale, buonissimo il ristorante al suo interno e colazione molto buona, camere molto pulite e confortevoli! Accettano i cani nelle stanze! Posizionato a circa 20 minuti dal centro di Torino, quindi anche molto comodo. Consiglio vivamente!

Albergo pulito, ampia stanza confortevole per 4 persone. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Personale ai piani gentile, così come quello alla reception nonché preparato alle nostre numerose domande. Meno di un quarto d’ora da Torino. Consigliato!
