You will feel as if you are at a spa as you relax and experience the heated salt water pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, multiple fire tables, basketball court, pickle ball court, ping pong table, corn hole board and views for miles!There is no AC...most homes on the Central Coast do not have them because the weather averages 70 degrees year round. It's what makes this area so desirable. ***Please note that the pool is heated. In late Spring, Summer, and Fall months the pool temperature stays consistently in the mid to high 80’s sometimes reaching 90 degrees. In the Winter and early Spring months however it is affected by outside temperatures. When temperatures drop to low degrees at night it can affect the overall pool temperature during the day and therefore can drop the pool temperature during the day to the mid to high 70’s. If temperatures heat up during the day the pool temperature will rise. The pool heater remains on but please be aware that outside temperatures can affect the pool temperature. The basketball and pickle ball court has 25ft high outdoor lights for your use. Please turn them off when not using and do not leave them on overnight as they are very bright.You will find a few doors, cabinets, closets, and garage locked. They are to remain locked so please do not try and access them. There are also a CD player w/radio, Books, Card games, Couch, Daybed, Chair and ottoman.On the left is the spacious kitchen and small dinning area that is equipped with almost everything you’ll need to prepare your own culinary delights. 20 cubic foot Refrigerator/Freezer, new Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Coffee and filters, Gas Cook-Top, Electric Oven, new pots & pans and more…. and there’s a ton of storage space for your own delectable goodies. The Chalet has central heating and programmable thermostat, with ceiling fans in both living-room and bedroom. The large bedroom is decorated in a tropical island theme with its King Size platform bed (Firm) and huge mirrored closet. Open the slider to access the large smi-private patio. The bathroom has a big shower stall equipped with safety grab bars (no tub). You will also find a hairdryer, soap and shampoo and plenty of clean towels. Sleeping Accommodations;The Chalet is equipped with 1 King Bed, 1 Twin Daybed, and a six foot couch, and can sleep (3)three adult comfortably, (4)four adults in a pinch. Pricing is the same for 1-3 adult guests, however, please inform us of the number of guests that will be booked into the Chalet so we can provide the proper level of amenities.When booking your reservation please be sure to add names and contact information for all guests in your party, especially if you will be arriving at different times.The Chalet is part of a three-building compound, the main house, garage/guestroom/sunroom, and the Chalet.
