酒店離機場打車13美金，半夜12點的價格 酒店設施簡單 經濟，二樓熱水不熱是個問題 早餐太過簡單是個問題，衹有麪包，黃油，咖啡，若干水果 而且隔音不好，挺吵的 旅遊城市，半夜都是進出 老外又自由開放 半夜聊天，前台半夜還在電話 唯一的好處 走路幾分鐘就是Conado beach，海水很洶湧，很多人在曬比基尼，**，body， 沖浪，據説前兩天才*** 附近吃的 商店 禮品店都是很多了， 有chinese ，sushi， 波多黎各菜等等. 還有個優點就是價格算是經濟的了，打分75分，哪有十全十美的

Great alternative to the big chain hotels. If you're expecting big chain hotel amenities, you might be disappointed. If you're looking for a more local flavor, you won't be disappointed. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Rafael was great and attentive. We only stayed one night but we would recommend The Coral Princess for a longer stay! The room was comfortable and ours overlooked the pool.

Hotel was in good condition. Only problem was the thin walls. You can hear everything. Also we were kinda bummed there was no window in the room. Pool was nice. Rafael was a great host at the front desk. He helped us find places to go and shared his knowledge of Puerto Rico. Thank you Rafael!

It was the worst experience ever at a hotel. After traveling all day I arrived at the hotel in the evening, waited in line to check in. When it was my turn the front desk clerk Glenda told me there was no room for me. My reservation was paid for in full many months ago. Needless to say I was very upset and shocked. She tried to send me to two different hotels that I was not familiar with and the accommodations were unacceptable. After going back and forth for an hour as she had to text her manager for advice and approvals. During this time, a guest called and canceled their reservation for that evening so lucky i was able to stay in their room for one night and possibly the second night. The breakfast was rediculous, strong mud coffee with powdered creamer and two fruit options and toast. No wash clothes in the room and no tissues. No coffee pot, microwave or utensils. The shower had barely any water pressure. No blankets and the A/C was wall units were difficult to regulate. This was the worst experience ever and I will never stay there again nor will I recommend it. This hotel was rated 3 star, I wouldn't rate it over a 1.

I did a 2 night solo trip to San Juan from the northeast US to get away from the cold. This place was perfectly located, 2 blocks from the beach in condado. Tons of great bars and restaurants around, a Walgreens one block away, and a 15 minute public bus ride to old San Juan. My room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t spend that much time at the hotel, I was out and about as much as possible, but the common areas were clean and looked like a decent place to hang out if you were staying with a group. Pool was small, but I was grateful there was one. I’m not big on breakfast so I didn’t really eat what they had (toast, breakfast bars, fruit) but I do wish there was more coffee in the morning and that it was served earlier. The staff was helpful and courteous, gave me quarters for the bus and held my luggage upon checkout so I could spend my last few hours luggage free. Much appreciated! For the price it was definitely worth it!

The reception guy when we arrived was nice but when we left, a different guy was rude. The rooms smell of humidity and they are run down. There was a lump of hair in the towel. Location is the only good thing.

Great place to stay. Very clean, and the staff were very helpfull. Location was also good. We walked the streets to Cafe's, bars and 2 ******s just around the corner. Loved our stay here.. No issues.

Had to make the bed when arrived (1 AM). Bathroom filthy. Only 2 bath towels. No washcloths or hand towels. Extremely noisy in the hallways. $198 for a “hole in the wall “” Wouldn’t and won’t ever recommend!!
