Nearby several trail heads are marked. Some of the park's trails are available to cyclists. Enjoy a swimming beach not 2 miles away. You can also hike or drive down the hill to Rosario Resort to find a waterfront beach near Cascade Marina, again not 2 miles from Rosario Heights. Enjoy dining at the Mansion Restaurant at Rosario.
