照片跟實際稍有不符，舒適宿舍照片顯示有毛巾，實際沒有。另外，對房型的描述讓人一頭霧水。舒適宿舍，應該是四人間的一個床位而已，但這個房型的描述和照片會讓你誤認為那個是個單間，一個人包房的價格。實際這個房型跟下面的那個標準四人間是一樣的，衹是一個是床位價格，一個是包房價格。
衞生間在房間內，有浴缸，但這種宿舍型房間估計沒人用吧。洗澡時淋浴的水太小。

NO RUNNING WATER! We arrived at 10pm after eight hours of traveling to find that this hotel has no water. No shower, no toilet flushing, no drinking water. It was too late to book somewhere else. Every business around had water, but this hotel. We were filthy and tired. The toilets eventually were full and we couldn’t flush them. I booked two rooms and they only offered to refund one because they said we slept there and they needed to pay for cleaning. And then they didn’t refund a single dollar. Criminals! Don’t stay here!

The locals mentioned the place was very dangerous before I walked in. I decided not to stay there after I booked. The surrounding area is not all that great either.

Location is good and price is good. Price includes free parking so we can walk to central market and national theatre so it’s great

Great stay at this place. They staff was INCREBILY nice and helpful. They were very accommodating. The surrounding area is not that great but none of downtown San Jose. It was very close to the children's hospital. Great value for the money! My only compliant is I wish they would have had more of a breakfast selections. I was there for almost a week.

The property at first appears aesthetically clean in pictures, however the shower had poor water pressure, one of the beds had dirty sheets and we had to change it ourselves with 2 flat sheets, pool was not clean so we could not go in to enjoy it. No amenities such as soap, hand towels etc were provided. Staff however was very friendly, there is also a gated parking lot which made it really safe along with the police station across the street.

Property is okay; it needs some maintenance and lack of attention to details. The room was priced accordingly. The restaurant offers a limited menu and many of the options were not even available. The staff is super friendly.
