Super nice, clean, friendly place. Lots of places to eat, and things to do. Was downtown. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

One of the worst hotel. It is located in the downtown San Jose. But the lobby door is not connected to parking lot. The worst part was their charging system. I stayed there for two night and they charged three times without any explanation so i had to figure out what they charged for. It’s old building and room condition was bad. In the room i could smell something bad (i guess bad smell was from the ac and heater) and the chair had the worst smell. I put my clothes on the chair and i couldnt wear it before i cleaned them.

This place is reliable, clean and convenient for downtown access. I came for a game at the SAP Center and didn’t want to deal with parking or moving my car. This was a great location for that. Close walk to food, the game, etc. The parking is expensive for self park but overnight downtown isn’t cheap. On a previous visit I was on a higher floor facing a different direction which was quiet. This visit I was on the second floor and it was quite loud. Not just city noise but the hotel in general seemed louder. It wasn’t busy at all, but it was definitely louder. The room has random things beeping throughout the night so for light sleepers the noise level would not be a good fit. Overall, I will keep this on my short list for places to stay.

Great place to stay , conveniently located, easy to get around . Staff very friendly and helpful. The one gentleman that checked me in and has helped me with my reservation us amazing .

The parking was over priced and a pain. No signs telling you where the hotel parking lot was. We finally found it completely behind the hotel and then you have to walk completely around the hotel to get to the entrance. Staff was great but the room was ran down and then there was the window. The window opened up to a creepy small area that was surrounded by walls and a door from somewhere that led to this area right outside our window. My wife was super creeped out by this. Like someone could be standing outside our window. If I can load a picture of it I will. But needless to say we couldn’t wait to leave this property. I would not stay here again. We have stayed at a lot of hotels in the area and this has been the worse one yet.

Best cleaning staff and rooms are cleaned daily. Bathroom is new but the bedrooms could benefit from a redesign. Sunny at the front desk is very good. Some noise from tram and outside noise but the area is safe.
Our check-in was delayed by a Platinum member in front of us who successfully demanded many upgrades and free features that they didnt pay for or reserve. Multiple people were delayed for several minutes. Sunny did fine but this hotel needs more support to deal with challenging rewards members.
