We booked the superior room with view att Etna 13 days before arrival. When we went to the hotel there was No room for us. They sent us to a different hotel 10 minutes drive away. They made us pay the same price for a terrible room But we were desperate with No alternatives. They refuse to give us a compensation. They use this hotel to attract tourists to the area and send You to other hotels.

Try to stay away! We booked 13 days in advance by **********. Att arrival there was No room for us. They booked us instead to a local hotel for the same price -a room that 50% less cost, with No view to a terrible location. We had No choise But to spend Only a night there. They refuse to give a compensation. They don’t speak english and they email in italian, although We asked 3 times.
If You want to visit, call them in advance. It is the first time that this kind of scam happens to us.
We booked the superior room with Etna view for 100€ and We got for the same price a basement room with No view.
The hotel stuff behavior was unacceptable.

Sabato 4 dicembre 2021 dopo aver prenotato con largo anticipo e avendo richiesto garage auto, accettazione camere alle 13:00, esattamente alle ore 15:30 del 3 dicembre mi arriva un messaggio ( neanche una telefonata ) dove mi si dice che per un loro problema ( non mi è stato neanche spiegato ) ci avrebbero fatto " MIGRARE" presso un'altra struttura a circa 1,5 km. dopo. La cosa bella è che l'altra struttura ( Villa Itria ) non sapeva nulla di quello che avevo richiesto espressamente e secondo me neanche ci aspettavano, tanto da consegnarci le camere ( solo dopo essermi fatto sentire ) dopo le 14:30 pur avendo con noi una persona anziana che non stava tanto bene. Non so come sono le camere, come funziona servizio e prima colazione, ma so che da loro non prenoterò mai più. Poco seri: DEPENNATO.

Hotel non all’altezza di un 4 stelle nelle stanze bagni da rifare non da hotel di lusso ristorante menù da mensa ecco perché abbiamo scelto di mangiare all’esterno arredamento da struttura vecchia ( casa della nonna ) Ricevimento appena sufficiente benvenuto da pensione miramare ...colazione meglio andare al bar fuori ....esterni poco curati piscina molto bella e posizionata in zona tranquilla aspetto positivo . Non ci tornerò mai più . Ps : ho chiesto a che ora dovevo andar via mi hanno risposto come tutti gli hotel alle ore 10 se ha un bagaglio lo può lasciare alla hall ...io giro parecchio e gli hotel non ti chiedono di lasciare la stanza alle ore 10 del mattino in modo particolare un 4 stelle .

Ho soggiornato nella "suite" di questo albergo per la prima notte di nozze, do una stella perché non è possibile metterne meno... Non riesco proprio a credere e comprendere come questo albergo possa avere 4 stelle, e mi chiedo come possono essere le altre stanze se la suite presenta i problemi illustrati nelle foto che allego; hotel trasandato, termosifone con ruggine, nel bagno macchie di muffa, parquet rovinato, finestre rovinate, una stanza completamente trasandata... Alla colazione ogni copriseduta era macchiata, la piscina piena di cenere vulcanica con vegetazione malcurata. La colazione per essere un 4 stelle alquanto sterile. Pessimo albergo, malcurato e non manutentato nei particolari, non lo consiglio, se fosse stato un due stelle magari... Suite costata 89€ per una notte.

Sabato sera 14 agosto siamo stati qui a cena per festeggiare la notte del ferragosto.Posto incantevole. Cena deludente. L'unica nota positiva( dietro mio consiglio) per la scelta dei brani musicali, che è riuscita ad animare la serata la musica altrimenti ci si addormentava ed annoiava. L'aperitivo faceva pietà servito all'impiedi che le signore si sono la maggior parte sporcate i vestiti. Primi piatti e secondi pessimi neanche in trattoria. Accoglienza... zero. Serata da non ricordare.Non torneremo mai... Più.

Il personale ha permesso a dei ragazzi di ubriacarsi gridare e sparare fuochi alle 4 d notte disturbando gli ospiti dell hotel ho passato una notte in bianco , una vergogna, inoltre 6 persone hanno aggredito un ragazzo che abitava vicino all hotel, ferendolo gravemente il personale non è mai intervenuto. Fortunatamente sono arrivati i carabinieri..

Appena tornato da un soggiorno con la mia fidanzata di 4 giorni nella struttura. Esperienza decisamente al di sopra delle aspettative! La struttura è in una posizione altamente strategica trovandosi in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina al centro sia di Catania che di Acireale, che si possono raggiungere con pochi minuti di macchina. Ovviamente il punto forte è la splendida vista sull'Etna, svegliarsi e poter vedere un vulcano è un'esperienza che consiglio. La Villa in stile retrò non nasconde gli antichi fasti di un tempo, né la cura nei suoi dettagli d'epoca, le imperfezioni che si possono riscontrare non influiscono assolutamente sulla qualità del soggiorno né tanto meno diminuiscono il valore del luogo. Le stanze sono pulite e dotate di ogni confort, entrambi abbiamo dormito molto bene grazie ad ottimi letti ed un climatizzatore regolabile a seconda delle esigenze (al contrario di ciò che avevamo letto su alcune recensioni). La piscina è circondata dagli alberi che creano un mix ideale per chi cerca quiete. Infine vorrei menzionare il vero valore aggiunto della struttura: il personale. L'addetto alla piscina, i camerieri e soprattutto i receptionist sono stati a qualsiasi ora estremamente professionali e preparati, consiglio a tutti di affidarvi ai loro consigli su cosa fare e dove andare durante la vostra permanenza, vi sapranno dare utilissime indicazioni. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
