The hotel is ok clean, but the service is very poor. I arrived around 5pm and the room I was as assigned was not clean so they cleaned it and it took and extra 30 minutes. I had to stay a second night and made arrangement at front desk. Had to leave and came back late at night. The room hadn’t been cleaned, the bed made, and there was no soap or coffee. I went to the front desk and I was given two bags of coffee. This morning around 9am the cleaning crew know Jen and opened the door while I was still sleeping. Now they seemed busy to do cleaning. I have to stay an extra two days in San Francisco so I packed up my things and went to a different hotel.

It’s a small room, comfortable that you can enjoy if you’re on a budget. There is no parking for the hotel, only street parking which max time is 2 hours on the meter and free after 6pm. Best to keep your car at a garage. Is in a great location where you can just walk around or hop on a bus and explore San Francisco. Overall a good place to stay, especially on a budget.

Woke up at 6 am to a burglar spying on our room from the fire escape. As soon as i got up and approached the window to which he was standing outside he walked away and down the fire escape ladder. Super sketchy, unfortunate because the hotel is a good one for the price

Nob Hill Hotel just completed fresh renovation. The building of the hotel is over 100 years old. But, the amenities are excellent. The staff is very friendly. Nearby, the are cafes and restaurants. Trader Joe’s is a block away. Uber rides to most SF locations are short.
Try it out. You like it.

Small room!
It is nice, well located, it is an old remodeled hotel, the rooms are very small and do not have air conditioning! just a plug-in fan!!!

It’s at a great location, nob hill. You just can walk all the bush street and it will take you to all cool parts near.

No bathroom—at least not in the single double bed room I rented. I may have neglected to notice this in the ad, but it was very inconvenient. I stayed here back in 2015 when it was a hostel and it was almost better then… sure you had to share a room, but the communal restroom/showers were well marked on signage and they were clean; I would’ve preferred if it was still like that, the private room isn’t worth the additional expense in my opinion. Overall not bad, but for the money you might as well spend a bit more and get yourself a proper hotel room, or find a hostel for less.

Bathtub was dirty, and the shower level was loose. There was a weird sound coming from behind the wall that kept me up all night.
