Location is good. Good neighborhood with many bus routes nearby. Room maybe small but this hotel is clean and cozy. Nothing fancy but It’s good for the money.

Las habitaciones estaban bien, pero solo hay dos Wc por planta, donde hay MUCHA gente, además, no limpian la habitación ni hacen las camas, aunque ponga servicio de “maid” solo cambian toallas. El personal deja un poco que desear, pero correcto.

Loved my stay at this hotel! A tiny room nestled in a beautiful part of SF at an extremely affordable price. It's no Marriott, but it's lovely if you don't mind small spaces. I've had a love/hate relationship with SF but the location of this hotel made me fall in love with it again ＜3. Only downside was that the room's toilet was broken during our stay, the chain was a bit jank. It only really failed our last day there so it wasn't too bad. Aside from that, the bathroom was really nice! You can tell it was recently renovated! Anywho, if you're going to SF on a budget I can't recommend this place enough!

This is a great place for an affordable price. I would definitely stay here again. The walls are quite thin, but I was able to sleep quite comfortably.

A clean room with refrigerator and tv and a view. Nice sitting area with coffee in the lobby. The staff is friendly and I would stay here again. The location to Restaurants on Haight St was .2 miles away or 3 blocks. We ate at the Dumpling Union, so we had scored twice without having to drive to Haight. We stayed parked near the Hotel. We paid more for a private bath but it was worth the extra money. It was clean and newly renovated.

Did NOT like the property. Very run down. No air conditioning. Needed to have windows open with very noisy street

This was a terrible experIence. The room was dirty with Ants crawling the walls and on the bed. One of the windows didn’t shut and it was drafty and so incredibly noisy. Interactions with the staff were very unpleasant. I felt like an inconvenience. I will say that they did let me check in late due to a flight delay. But even though I rung ahead to confirm that I would be late the staff member was very abrupt with me. There was no complementary coffee or anything in the room and only a coffee machine in the reception area. But you could only use this between 9am and 12 noon. Overall this was a very disappointing experience.

I didn’t like the shared bathrooms and when I tried to pay for a room with a bathroom in it the front desk guy was like this is the room you paid for and I work in hotels myself so I know you can switch rooms for a extra fee , I didn’t like how there was no elevator and we was on the 3rd floor was out of breath by the time we got up to the room and there was no ac in the rooms and if you wanted to look out your window there’s like 50 other people watching you there’s no views of the city unless you go in the hallway and look out the bathroom

Friendly staff, great price, bedsheets and towels are changed daily. The units have poor sound proofing and you can hear your next room neighbour. Some units have window toward the middle of the building which is covered by a sky light, leading to poor ventilation. Overall id recommend, its fantastic for the price, but dont expect 10/10 on the comfort scale.

This is an old property. Like real quirky old. But it’s clean, the staff was great, and the location was quite convenient and beautiful. I genuinely loved this spot.
